It was off season, so it was quiet, no one around. Property is very nice, view of Lake is beautiful, and friendly staff/owner. Room was good, spacious, clean, and offerings were adequate, but no microwave. Rec hall did have one, but it was cold having to eat there. Would definitely return and do recommend this place.

Amazing room and the view was spectacular, we plan on coming in the summer with our family and stay in the cottage. I would definetly reccomend this place to anyone looking for quality time or even a wedding party, lots to do and see around the arear as well 

Amazing Views!!

The hosts were kind and attentive.  Everything was as described.  Small but clean room.  Nice patio to take in the views.  Nice pool and water access.  Close to Wiarton and other attractions.  Great spot!

The room had a beautiful view, it was very clean, the community room was very convenient, the ice maker was a big added convenience.   We enjoyed our stay if ever we return to the area we will definitely stay in this Hotel.

Service was amazing, friendly accommodating staff. Very well kept property with loads of amenities. Well maintained, clean room. Cozy and a bit rustic but the price is reasonable and we felt right at home

Old school charm with amazing views

Our stay was very comfortable, very clean rooms.  The ownership is fairly new within the last year and was very polite as well as all the staff.  We were there in the off season in November.  The Hotel also has a pool in the back with a stunning view of the Georgian Bay with walking pathways to the bay itself.

Clean & Comfortable, Gorgeous View of the Bay

We were warmly welcomed and found the room to be just what we wanted, clean, cozy, well appointed and with a great view including a small balcony with a table and two chairs.  The room also came with a gas fireplace and a spa tub.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Mentor the owner of Waterview Resort. Mentor made us feel welcome and appreciated. We had a room on the top floor with a beautiful view of the grounds and Colpoy Bay. There was a large private balconey with several chairs. The room was clean and very nicely appointed. The jacuzzi was nice. There was a large hotel fridge and a coffee maker with a selection of tea and coffee. The rec hall was well equipped for dining with a kitchen and generous seating. There was a huge selection of videos to watch in your room. The grounds were massive with a beautiful waterfront. Lots of outdoor activities and  room to relax. Mentor was so accommodating and made us feel right at home. A beautiful place. We hope to be back again!

A Beautiful and Relaxing Place To Stay

Stayed for 2 nights in a room with a king bed, jacuzzi, electric fireplace & private deck. Awesome view of Colpoys bay, with a sandy beach & beautiful property on the water. Staff very friendly & helpful. A hidden gem! I’ll definitely be back

My new favourite place to stay in the Bruce Peninsula

We stayed for 1 night recently while taking a Fall colour tour.  We had an amazing view from our deck.  The room was clean.  We had the most comfortable beds with great pillows.  We slept so well. We could hardly believe the time when we were woke up by a phone call in the morning.  The grounds are beautiful.  The owner was very accommodating.  Wish we had been able to stay longer.  We would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is travelling to the Wiarton area.
