We stayed at the Lee Farm Inn for a couple of nights as we wanted to see a play at the Haskell Opera House. The rooms are nicely decorated and our room, the Lady Banting suite, had a nice sitting area. The hostess, Laura, greeted us warmly and the breakfasts served each morning in the dining room were perfect. There were limited options on the TV so the owners should consider adding cable or satellite service to make the stay even better.

Great Place to Stay

This is a lovely B & B with a warm and welcoming hostess. The Inn is right over the border. Lara was very responsive with dinner recommendations. The rooms are charming and breakfast was absolutely delicious and ample.  I would highly recommend this inn.

Romantic stay in the Townships

The Proprietor, Laura, has created a superb and sublime B&B. Terrific Inn and beautiful grounds. Bright, airy, peaceful. Laura prepares and serves a beautiful breakfast. You will not be disappointed in your stay.

Wonderful stay! Host Laura is kind and nice ! Very clean place and breakfast is amazing. Historical place to visit.  She even propose where to have dinner.  Spa is available at all time and the place has à nice living room .

Wonderful expérience!

The charm of this old farm comes from the rural surroundings and the beautifully  maintained homestead.  It has lost nothing in the conversion of private rooms with full facilities for guests.  There is exceptional attention to detail in the design and execution of the comfort and hospitality.
Breakfast on offer was a wide range of fruit and a large sharing platter of eggs, sausage and bacon with fresh croissants.  On leaving we were given a bag of still-warm home made cookies.  Thank you Laura, your care and attention made our stay memorable.

No words to describe this place and the experience we had there. Laura, the innkeeper, is an angel. She received us a few hours before our check in with a huge smile and made us comfortable since then. The place is lovely, with a vintage and comfy style that brings you to the old times. It's a perfect place to disconnect and relax. The breakfast is included and Laura herself prepares it for you. Everything was delicious and fresh, certainly made with love. Thank you Laura, can't wait to visit during summer. =)

Such a lovely place

The Lee Farm Inn is our favorite place to stay in this area. Laura-Michele called us before our arrival to ask if we had any food restrictions. We appreciated her call immensely because my husband has a severe allergy to alliums (garlic and onions.) When we arrived, we were offered fresh cookies and Laura-Michele helped carry our luggage upstairs. The entire house is beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a large jetted tub in the spacious ensuite bathroom. My favorite part of our stay was the breakfast! The starter was a yogurt bowl topped with granola and fruit. The main course was a large platter containing ham, sausage, scrambled eggs, brie, salted almonds, Canadian sugar pie, and sliced fruit. The food was beautifully presented, in addition to being delicious and filling. The coffee was excellent, too. If you're in this area, be sure to book a stay at Lee Farm Inn. You won't regret it.

We love this place!

A beautiful property with expansive grounds on which are several unusual artfully carved huge trees!   Also, a lovely pool and hot tub.   The owner, Laura, was absolutely charming and warmly eager to assure our comfort.  The house is elegant and historic.   We were served an exceptional, delicious breakfast with freshly baked croissants and other French style offerings-presented in a romantic setting.   Truly one of the best bnb’s we’ve experienced and will love to return.   Thank you , Laura!

Extraordinary BnB in Stanstead!!

A great weekend with friends, comfortable, clean and well decorated rooms, plenty of room to relax and play games, warm hospitality, discreet but available guests and delicious lunches.

We'll have to do it again this weekend.

The area, the border town, the property, the room, our guests: very well! We enjoyed our two days in this hostel at least charmingly. Our nights were quiet, our luxurious lunches, the swimming pool and the spa were very pleasant. Our guests were very attentive and attentive. We will be happy to return.
