Stayed for a fishing trip, would definitely come back again. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms  were spotlessly clean from the mirrors, fridge, microwave, to shower, they also provided us with extra towels. The place has great wifi connection and comfy beds. The motel is in the perfect location, 3 minute walk from the grocery store with plenty of restaurants walking distance. The parking is spacious with room for the boat. Thank you for your hospitality:)

Great value + cleanest motel

If you are looking for a comfortable, affordable place to stay in Sturgeon Falls, look no further. The owner is Very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and I would suggest this place to anyone !!!

Great Place to Stay!!

This is your stereotypical small-town, northern Ontario motel (with an "M"). Luckily this one has had some renovations done to it and it is clean. 

The room we had was probably the smallest room at the motel. This room should really only be a 1 bed room, not 2 doubles and be reserved for double occupancy only. Nonetheless, it's a place to sleep. I saw other rooms that were quite a bit larger so it could just be the room that we got. 

Bathrooms are a hodge podge of amenities. Old school laminate counters and original bright green tub. But, everything works and again, it's clean. 

This motel is located very close to the main highway running through Sturgeon Falls so if quiet is a must, you may want to consider something else. You can hear traffic. Didn't bother us. 

Overall, for the price, this is a place to consider for a night or two.

For the price, you can't go wrong.

They do not clean your room i get not changing your sheets daily but every hotel I otherwise stat at makes your bed and cleans your room not even wiping bathroom vanity. They will for sure take your empties they also keep turning down your fridge even though you turn it up during your stay cause you like your stuff cold and not cool 
Wifi is spotty keeps cutting out have to seat outside pretty much showers don’t drain properly and you get scolded by hot water during your shower and or shock by cold water not recommend this hotel

Excellent value for money. Clean and quiet. I really appreciate the owner/manager contacting me to let me know that I had left an iphone behind and for then arranging to courier it to me right away- excellent service.i would highly recommended.

Excellent value for money and helpful management

The Lincoln Motel is conveniently located in the center of Sturgeon Falls on the main road, directly across from the Dollar Store, and just west of the nearby Metro food store and within walking of Tim Horton's. Plenty of parking, and easy walking to local restaurants and businesses. Room is large, clean, comfortable bed, good sized TV. We arrived in the deep cold of winter and the room was warm and fine,  and the bathroom floor was heated. Pretty neat. Rooms have modern windows, screens for summer. Motel just off of the main road so easy to find and quiet too. Value for your money.

Comfortable Room & a Warm Welcome - Good Value for Sure

I and my husband have been staying at Lincoln motel for past year now. It is conveniently located right off the highway, and is nearby several good restaurants and shops. The staff takes great pride in pleasing their customers and have always been very accommodating. The room is very clean and nice, bed is very comfortable. Highly reccomended and cannot beat it for the given price.
