The price was right..this is the second booking for me as I work in Northern Ontario and depart from Sudbury very early..the rooms are clean and the staff friendly..there are places to walk to for a meal and beer and as I said the price is right..I'll stay here again no problem..I'll be there this coming Monday again with no trepidation...

This place was exactly what we needed. We read the mixed reviews but decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and I'm glad we did. The front desk service was prompt and friendly, the room, furnishings and fittings were clean and presentable, and the continental breakfast was a bonus. Happy to recommend this quiet and well-located motel to any traveller.

Perfectly acceptable cheap motel

If you traveling from out of town, this place is super close and convenient they let you keep you car at Motel when at the hospital, ask for a Hospital rate. This place is what it is l have stay 2 times with no problems.  It not super pretty but it does the job and it's super close.  they do have breakfast in morning 2 cereals, white toast, OJ, Milk, tea and Coffee.

convenient location, big beds,accessible bathrooms.  A relatively inexpensive option for the business traveler. Breakfast is continental, not optimal if you don't like sweet.  HOT, the air conditioning was not working. Cute little balcony

I tried to fall a sleep and i heard someone breathing from under my bed I looked there was a junkie and needles under the bed. The bathroom was dirty look like it hasnt been cleaned in years. i found needles in the bathtub. When I was trying to sleep i can hear people screaming in the next room over.

Approaching motel at about 10pm mywife was not impressed  as lobby was 1 star as was front desk staff 
Everything was best said 1 star it was stale smelling in lobby 
Front desk clerk brought us to room ..bathroom door had lots of scratches on door ..how or who..but get in get out
It was a restless sleep ..it was creepy..could not wait to depart ..surprised car was untouched wow ..
Nothing close bywalking distance ....

I waa embarrased that i chose this motel because there was a lot of sold properties on thatday ..not sure my wife has forgiven me i am afraid to ask.

Horrible, smelly, dirty,  poorly maintained. Avoid it like the plague. 1 bath towel stained. First photo moldy shower curtain then stained lampshades filthy walls ac temp can’t be lowered filthy mirror and obvious break in attempt. Other issues too but enough said

Stay away

The hotel was dirty, sheets were dirty and when we advised front desk they did nothing to make it better.  The room smelled like smoke and it was very loud in the hallway.  We had to get the desk clerk to come in three times to get the tv working properly and even then it was shotty at best.  I would not recommend going here.  They truly need to upgrade the rooms and make sure their cleaning staff do a much better job.  Our shower had also not been cleaned.   When we went to check out, (we did not want to stay the night because of the dirty sheets) we were told we could not get our money back.  This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had while traveling...will not be going back..

Aweful Place Very Dissappointed

We arrived at the inn and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. I was charged a higher price and had to show my confirmation to get the price I was offered. If I had a chance to get a room at another hotel I would have done so at that point. The carpet was old and stained in the hallways. The room was not at all appealing. The outside doors were not locked at any time so anyone could come into the inn at anytime and our room was right across from one of the doors. The bedding was not clean at all. The wifi did not work in some areas of the room and when you did get connected it kept disconnecting and you had to keep reconnecting. We had 3 people in the room and 2 towels to share. When we tried to get someone to get more towels nobody answered the phone or was at the desk. I can’t say how the breakfast was because we were afraid to eat there and just wanted to get out of there and put That experience  behind us.
