My boyfriend and I had a quick, but wonderful stay here on September 2. It was my first time at a B&B so I didn’t really know what to expect but it was a great experience. The room (Forest View Spa Room) was gorgeous and very clean. It was so cozy with the candles and spa music – we didn’t even turn our tv on once. It was a very relaxing experience. The host is very friendly and welcoming and although you know she is there when you need her, she gives you your space and privacy. The breakfast was delicious as well. 
We are planning on coming back in the winter to stay at one of the private cabins. Thank you!

Hidden Gem

This B&B is really a hidden gem. My husband and I stayed in the Timber Creek Cottage for 2 nights in the middle of July to celebrate our anniversary and it was a weekend we will never forget. The spectacular view and gorgeous cabin are second only to the amazing hospitality we were shown from Elena. She made sure we were well taken care of without intruding on our privacy and her breakfasts were amazing!! In our cabin there was a little journal with entries from past guests and I really enjoyed reading what others had to say about the little oasis we had found. The cabin was spotless and had everything you could need. From the cozy bed and fireplace to the rock cave tub you couldn't ask for more. We were greeted by some beautiful wildlife (3 deer joined us for breakfast) and it was a nice change from city life. Staying here has really inspired us to lead a more simple life now that we are back to reality. We were very sad to hear that the property has sold as we had planned to make this trip an annual adventure. If you can make it here before the end of September I would very highly recommend it.

Romantic Weekend Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it was super relaxing, calm and peaceful as it is in the middle of the country just outside the town of Sundre.  Sadly, we had an early morning flight to catch out of Red Deer and couldn’t stay longer but would certainly recommend to anyone traveling through this area of Alberta to stop and stay here.  I took a walk in the evening and loved walking down the country road with the sun setting and a nice breeze in the area with birds chirping still.  The rooms are immaculate, super clean and the hosts are super hospitable friendly- this is the way bed and breakfasts were meant to be enjoyed!

Wonderful Stay in the Middle of the Countryside

We travelled to Sundre for a weekend couples getaway. The BnB was exactly as pictured- beautifully furnished rooms with fireplaces, new amenities, large common area, and a cozy atmosphere. We took advantage of the complimentary snowshoes and spent some time nearby on Snake Hill. The hosts were very warm and accommodating!! They upgraded our room on arrival since we were the only ones there. Would definitely go back again!

Gorgeous place

A last minute opportunity for us to meet up with some dear friends/clients visiting in the Sundre area found us frantically searching for a place to stay.  I'm VERY picky - Deer Valley B&B did not disappoint!!  Friendly hostess, clean rooms, and a nice breakfast.  You will need to bring your own shampoo and blow dryer - I didn't see a blow dryer, although there MAY have been one in a cupboard somewhere?  The B&B is a stunningly beautiful modern log home with large windows, nestled in the woods just minutes north of Sundre. Plenty of parking space too!
