Everything was perfect.  After a 3 night stay, my wife and I can't think of a single thing that could be improved.  Maryse is an outstanding hostess and prepares 3 course breakfasts that are to die for.  I have never stayed anywhere where I felt more comfortable, or better cared for.

Best B & B anywhere

My friend and I stayed two nights last week at this exceptional B&B in Sutton, Quebec in the Eastern Townships when we were in the area to take the Three Pines Tour (Louise Penny fans unite!!).  It is an extremely well maintained and beautifully appointed early 20th Century Victorian within walking distance of the main street in Sutton.  The rooms are spacious and lovely with both claw footed bath tubs and modern showers.  The free, off-street parking was a huge plus.  The breakfast was home made and scrumptious.  Marese the owner and proprietor is so friendly and accommodating, she made us feel at home immediately.  I can't recommend this B&B strongly enough.  I'd go back in a heart beat!!

A Wonderful Place to Stay!!

We had a spectacular four day stay in Sutton.  We stayed in the third floor Victoria Room.   The Inn is lovely and has everything you could want.  The Innkeeper (Maryse)  is wonderful, extremely well versed in the area.  She was a delight.  
Breakfast is beyond outstanding.  It is a meal that at each course is a delicious surprise.  You can walk to town and most other things to do in the Eastern Townships are a relatively short drive away.  If you are thinking of a vacation in the Townships you can't go wrong here.  Just do it.   We can't wait to go back

Plenty of room, king bed , claw foot tub.
Wonderful hot tub outside in a separate building which provided a much needed relaxing sit down!

Perfect Location- Fabulous Value ! Breakfast to Die For !

Immaculately kept house in the village of Sutton.  Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and seating areas, bathrooms have both an old fashioned free standing bath and a separate shower. The original wood  staircase and floors throughout the house are stunning. Breakfast was delicious,a selection of pastries from the local bakery, a fruit plate and different cooked item each day accompanied by as much coffee as you wanted.
A short walk to the shops and restaurants , Maryse and her husband were friendly and happy to share their local experience and make recommendations.


Charming Victorian house 

What a wonderful stay we had in Sutton while visiting the Eastern townships. Les Caprices de Victoria was very comfortable and relaxing. The inn was spotless.

Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious and it had a very nice shower and a magnificent tub.

The innkeeper, Maryse, was very accommodating and helpful. She also did wonderful breakfasts which were healthy and high quality.

There is parking there and the inn is a 5-10 minute pleasant walk to Sutton.

I highly recommend this inn and would definitely return on our next visit.
