We loved our room. The bed and the sheets were very comfortable (they are super sweet) and the guest was very hospitable and lovely.

Lovely Ella and superb welcome, a charming place, nice rooms, very well located, a nice, cozy little table in a nice, warm room overlooking the fjord, and most of all, tips from the top, a heartwarming address.

Not to be missed

We loved Tadoussac and this small b&b just a few steps from downtown. We stayed for two nights and felt at home, especially thanks to Hela, the very nice and welcoming owner who, in addition to giving helpful advice on what to do in Tadoussac, speaks very good Italian and prepares good breakfasts, very varied.

Charming structure in the charming Tadoussac

It was an unforgettable stay! We were very welcomed, the decoration of the hostel was sublime, the breakfast was delicious and Hela our takeaway was unparalleled in kindness! It's been months and we keep talking about our holidays!

Hela the sun of Tadoussac

We stayed one night in this lovely and well-kept hotel in Tadoussac, during a tailor-made trip with a car rental car. As soon as we arrived we are told our reserved car seat and already included in the price, at the check-in the very kind son of the housewife shows us where to eat dinner in the vicinity and also shows us which places to prefer depending on tastes and pockets and when he realizes that we are Italian he asks if we can talk to the mother who speaks very well Italian, we decline the offer and we go to the room. After a while we settle down to the reception to get a nice hot drink (it is available during the opening hours of the reception the family deli deli deli deli deli deli delicious, for a fee) and after a few minutes we are refreshed by a small loaf of bread that we are refreshed and brought to the Italian and Italian state, and as soon as we get to the bathroom, we have a very nice coffee and then we can't get back to the room, but I hope that we have a very pleasant taste of it, but we

I loved my stay at the inn in room 9 overlooking the lake! The guests are very welcoming, caring and very kind. I felt good and privileged to have found this place at the last minute. Thank you for your good attention and pleasure to see you again!

It's a warm place.

A warm welcome from Ella who took us to a nice little cozy room overlooking the lake. Very comfortable bunk. The rooms are small just like the bathroom; they are not very well soundproofed but if everyone is respectful it is not a problem. We slept well there. Little addition here also served with a smile. Free parking which is very convenient in Tadoussac in summer.

Good house

The Auberge is situated outside the village on a very busy road used 24/24h by large trucks queuing to go on the ferry.
As our room was in the front, it has been very noisy the whole night. In addition, our room was in the basement (this had not been notified to us prior to our arrival) with no windows except for a little built-in in the front door. Furniture was poor; we’d asked for an extra bed for our child and it was rusty. 
In that particular room there is no air conditioning (whereas the outside advertising board claims there is). 
We asked for switching room but it was not possible. We then decided to shorten our stay. 
The tenant didn’t want to discuss reimbursement with us as we booked through a travel agency and he started to be rude with us. At the end, he never reimbursed us claiming to the travel agency that we left the room completely messy; luckily, we took pictures before leaving but even if we could  prove he was lying, we didn’t get our money back. 
Breakfast looks nice on pictures but appear to be very little in terms of quantity.
Obviously we do not recommend this place with dishonest tenants

Terrible experience

Very comfortable and cute pavilion for one couple.  Clean room and very accommodating host.  We booked last minute and had no issues checking in.  Nice view out back with patio chairs.  Merci, auberge maison gagné.

Road trip

We chose this hotel because of the comments on Trip Advisor. Excellent choice. Simple, very clean, small hotel on the river bank where you can swim. Excellent healthy breakfasts. But most of all a very warm welcome and super service.
