We travel with PropertyGuys.com and enjoy a great motel when we find one. We stayed in a large upper floor room with a beautiful river view.  

Clean room & great amenities, a real coffee pot, fridge, microwave, toaster & tea kettle.  Will definitely be on top of the list of go-to motels for our next trip.  

There is a great riverside paved & then natural trail along the river. Our dog loved it!  

River side gem!

We stay in Terrace (B.C.) for 15 days. We were visiting our daughter who move recently in that city .One night  we decide to go to a restaurant downtown, and on our way back we get lost...no telephone, no GPS. We turn back at Copper river, were we saw a motel open. There we met a classy gentleman dress like a Ritz Carlton employee: white shirt, black pants,  and black bow tie. He told me the way to retrieve my daughter address. I told him that if I get lost again I will be back here to rent a motel. The answer was amazing:« no Sir if you dont find the address, come back, I will close the motel and drive you there».
I am more than 80 years old, I have traveled a lot in my life, and I never met such a kind people in hotel business
I dont know how the rooms are, but I am sure  they canot be bad with such a person

Letters From Guests that stayed @the copper river motel , Graciously received. At nearly a year away from retirement, this is the most enjoyable job of my life. All the guests have been wonderful. And of course I cannot forget their pets. The managemdent is wonderful to work for.  My coworkers are fabulous.  Our rooms are cleaned thoroughly every three months, even te light bulbs.

Bob Night Clerk

The Copper River Motel is off the Yellowhead highway just east of Terrace and backs on to the Skeena river. We were warmly welcomed by Bob who was on the front desk. The rooms while dated are large with comfortable beds and a very well equiped kitchen. We enjoyed eating dinner outside. 

Good motel

We stayed at the Copper River Motel for 3 nights. The property is beautiful. The 2 men that are taking care of the motel did everything they could to make our stay great. They were wonderful. Everyone in our group of seven said they would go back

Terrace trip

Edwin and his wife are great people and bob their night time man and chase their young lad part time are very friendly and helpful they came like family on the times I stayed there it was the only place I stayed in terrace area and the only place I will stay when back there I have ttried other places but Edwin and Jane out do their job as managers and the owners show be very happy with them and their staff

Great place to stay

A superb motel!  I stayed there for 3 nights while fishing. The rooms had been modernized and were very clean and well equipped. The view over the Skeena river was prefect and new the management were most helpful. I was looking for places to fish and the owner took time off to show me some key spots - off road in his truck. Great service!

Excellent Motel - Highly Recommended

Good price. Stayed for ten days in a two bed kitchenette. Staff was very friendly. Stay was good and they worked around our graveyard work schedule for cleaning the rooms. Appreciated that. The two beds in the kitchenettes are separated by a small door size opening giving more privacy than a double bed room but less than a separate room entirely. Would definitely stay again.
