The room had two queen beds and had a lot of space.  This motel is quite old, maybe 50-70 years old, and the bathroom could definitely use an upgrade.  I never requested a smoke free room, but I did smell smoke when I was going to sleep, not sure if it was coming from the room next door, or not.  For me, the bed was comfortable.  No breakfast included.  The room was $116 for one night.  The office staff was friendly.

Could use some upgrading.

Just recently visited Park Motel in Tisdale. The front desk guy was super friendly and helped me out even late at night. Although it may not compare to the fanciest hotel, the room was clean, well maintained and very spacious. Internet worked well and the bed was comfy. Also, being affordable was a big plus to us. We had a great time staying at Park Motel. We would definitely stay here again next time.

Sweet Owners, Clean Rooms, Wonderful Motel in a Quaint Neighbourhood.

I stayed 2 nights here this past summer. 

Despite it being in one of the more suburban neighbourhoods, the motel was booked full with lots of customers. The owners were super friendly and helpful even late at night. My suite was really nice with big beds, ac and even a mini fridge (just like a hotel). Everything worked fine, and internet was fine too. 

One of the best places to stay for the price, really clean and nicely maintained.

I would definitely stay here again over other hotels or motels around the area.

Clean, Great Price, Amazing Owners.

Well if you scroll down you’ll find my review from april 2015. I can say that it still is a better deal in town for a one or two night stay. Its clean , comfortable and reasonably priced. Fridge, microwave and morning coffee. The internet is frustrating ,my only gripe.

Pretty much the same

Very clean, quiet, friendly staff, and for the price an excellent value. Yes, it's not shiny and new, but it's certainly well cared for and maintained. I can't imagine paying twice the amount to stay at the Canalta down the road when such a great option is available. 

We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent lower priced option.

Clean and quiet. Could use some updating, but what small town motel couldn't.

Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a little on the small side.

All in all, worth the money

Clean and economical

Very very clean room.  Smelled fresh, had an opening window. I stopped first at the Canalta and was told the room would be $156.  Left there, turned the corner and stopped at the Park. I asked for the price and it was $75, asked if he had a seniors rate and he said he'd take another $5 off.  I booked it.  It is a Mom & Pop type motel, not brand new but more than adequate in all respects.  I met the owner in the parking lot later and he enquired if everything was OK with the room.  Had a mic and fridge and coffee maker, table and chair. It was a quiet room, not facing the hwy. 7-11 on the next property ,easily accessible and convenient but far enough away that I didn't hear any of their customer traffic I would definitely stay again.

Clean, comfortable, economical.

Stayed at the park motel for 7 nights and found it very nice. Clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. Fridge and microwave worked great. Wifi worked good. The A&W breakfast coupons are a nice add on. Price was good
