Front desk is open 24/7. In case of check-in after 12:00 АМ, guests should inform the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Deposits or holds made by a credit card will automatically be released upon check-out by the hotel. Funds being released back to the credit card usually take 7-10 business days within North America but vary depending on the guests' country of origin and financial institution. Deposits made by a debit card or cash must be claimed in person at check-out.
Only a maximum of two (2) small to medium size dogs (less than 50 lbs) are allowed per room. Upon check-in, guests must sign a pet waiver, provide a contact phone number for emergencies, and arrange a convenient time for Housekeeping to service the room without the pet being present.
A Pet cleaning charge of USD 50.00 CAD per stay/room applies. If a stay exceeds 5 nights, an additional USD 50.00 CAD charge will be applied every 5 nights for the duration of the guest’s stay. |
