Front desk is open 24/7. In case of check-in after 12:00 АМ, guests should inform the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Deposits or holds made by a credit card will automatically be released upon check-out by the hotel. Funds being released back to the credit card usually take 7-10 business days within North America but vary depending on the guests' country of origin and financial institution. What was bad
The heat was on and boiled all night. thermostat did not cool or start even when set to cool and turned down. Had to open the window as calling for a service at 1am did not seem reasonable.
