Old Mill Toronto 

The Old Mill Hotel + Spa was a charming stay and overall experience. The Old Mill neighborhood is beautiful and right alongside the Humber River - if you don’t mind a hilly walk there is plenty to explore within blocks of the hotel - you’re also conveniently located just around the corner from the subway, which is easy to navigate right into the heart of the city! You’re also a short 10-min drive away from Lakefront, where the Humber meets Lake Ontario - pretty walking paths, lookout points for the skyline, and free parks/beaches. You can also walk here by just following the river if you have the time!! The hotel itself was great! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and our room was beautiful. The intentional decor takes you back into another time and it felt like a treat, just something warmer than the coldness of all the current modern lines of chain hotels. Absolutely loved that the windows looked out to lush forest and trees, allowing some privacy while also being able to keep the room full of light. Lastly - I did a hot stone massage at the in-hotel spa and had a wonderful experience. I was lucky to get assigned to Krystyna and she made everything very comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, would definitely return and felt the experience of Old Mill was perfect to relax, unplug, and still be conveniently located to everything you could want in a visit!
