We are a retired Australian couple visiting Canada for the first time. We stayed here for two nights while travelling from Québec City to Ottawa, mainly as it represented good value for money as advertised on Trip Advisor/Booking.com.
We were greeted very warmly, and immediately felt at home. The ad said that it came with a kitchenette – it really does! Fridge, microwave, sink, and complete with crockery and cutlery. There was even a toaster oven. As there wasn’t a breakfast option, this worked well for us. It was also very close to a large supermarket – also handy!
It could have been described as a studio apartment as it was very roomy for a hotel room. Good bed, good bathroom with perhaps a bit too much pressure in the shower.
There were thoughtful touches everywhere which we really appreciated.

A very comfortable place to stay

I was lucky and due to a cancellation got apartment 9 on the Third floor . The apartment was huge especially as it was just for me . The bed was comfortable , they had a portable AC unit that was noisy but did its job keeping the room cool . Its quite a hike upstairs with a suitcase so be aware no lifts. There is parking round the back in a space nominated by your room . there is a bar and a shop across the road for snacks and food , Its about a 20 minute walk to downtown which was good in the summer , might be a bit tricky in the winter . I would stay here again over a hotel if i was staying the week.

Very nice apartment and good location to city - No lifts be aware

Its realy clean and central. The owner was realy rude and not welcomy. We were staying with our step parents and two young Kids(1 and 3). They were surprise to see us with Kids even thouth We reserved for 2 adults + 2 Kids. 
If youre a couple or single do not hesitate.  If your with Kids and dont bother to be judge or looked at like if you have à desease...  Do not hesitate. For us, will stay elsewhere next Time.

Desapointed but realy Good place to stay

This may be a repurposed office of apartment building. They've done a fine job. 

All the materials you need in a kitchenette are here. The shower was hot and strong. The room was clean. The linens and bed were quite good. 

You end up with basically an efficient studio apartment that's a 10-minute walk from the heart of downtown. The web pictures made the room look small but it wasn't. A perfect place to stay.

From the outside, the building doesn't look very appealing. But the accommodation inside is perfectly fine. The apartments are quite roomy, with separate kitchen and living areas, as well as two bedrooms. The decor is ok, and the rooms are clean. Convenient location, just off the highway and only 15 minutes easy walk to downtown. Private parking is available just one block away.
