What a great place to stay. First off, the cabins are new and really nicely decorated, very welcoming and tasteful. And they are absolutely immaculate. The bathrooms are so nice, as is the kitchen. And the location was very convenient — you could step out the front door and in a minute be standing at the beach or on a breathtaking trail. I know Tofino, a town about 40 minutes north, is the trendy surfing town tourists flock to, but Ucluelet had spectacular trails to explore and a stunning coastline. And with some nice little restaurants nearby, we will definitely be back.

A Great Place to Stay

We were in the lower level of a 2 story dwelling. Although the place was attractive and very clean there were noise disturbances including footsteps, conversations, a midnight argument on the upper level and it affected our stay.
It prevented us from relaxing, sleeping, or enjoying our time.

Noise Disturbances

Although the details of what to expect upon arrival were provided in the confirmation email, we had no idea how great the place would be.  Clean, spacious, quiet.  All we had to do is bring our own food supplies.  No need for restaurants however it is always nice to support local businesses but not necessary.  The beds were super comfy and towels were of nice quality.  Very impressed. So much so, that we will be heading  back soon.  I would advise that if you have issues with stairs, it would be wise to mention it prior to booking.  The second floor cabins have a quite a few stairs but other than that...  99/100.  Location is perfect if you want to head over to the lighthouse trail.  You might even spot a few local deer along the way.   Definity a great place to stay while visiting Ucluelet and Tofino. 

Home away from home

We stayed in Cabin 7 - ground floor (can’t recall ver hearing the folks upstairs in Cabin 8) single bedroom (queen size), bathroom (shower/soaker tub), and generous space for well-equipped kitchen/living room. Dedicated parking spot, too. After a long day of whatever-it-is-you’ve-been-doing, the cabin was the ideal place to relax.

Wifi and smart TV (bring your login details…and remember to logout) for those who want them.

3min drive, 20min walk into town.

Perfect home-away-from-home!

Absolutely loved our cabin and would recommend in a heartbeat. It was affordable and the service was excellent. 
They were friendly and very accommodating. 
Our cabin was clean, cozy, quiet, and close to all the beaches, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Wonderful place to stay

Recently went to Ucluelet for a friends trip over a weekend and stayed at Cabins West. Usually, the pics out-do a place, but this cabin was immediately so warm and welcoming. Would definitely go back.

So comfortable

Unit 1 was well equipped with the bonus of 3 picnic tables out back in a private area. A cozy deck at the front entrance had a nice propane BBQ with a cleaning tool and set of utensils in the kitchen. The hosts were very informative and welcoming, they even mailed a forgotten hoodie by express post and it arrived 2 days after we checked out. Now that is awesome service!!! Only one negative was the noise from the upstairs unit but thankfully those guests respected the quiet hours.

Spacious Privacy

We had been across the street at Reef Point Cottages and had to move over for two more nights. We really wish we had just been here the whole time! The unit was new, clean and every little consideration to make a travelling family's life easier was thought of. We interacted by phone with the owner and they were pleasant and eager to help. It does not have an ocean view, but we'd still pick this one over a view in a heartbeat.

Such a great place!

We went here for our honeymoon, our hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The cabins had all the amenities needed and more. We stayed in Cabin 1 and Cabin 5- both had very nice living space and was very clean. This was the perfect spot for us and we will definitely be back!

Quiet, relaxing and beautiful!

Recently build cabin, very clean, great & clear instructions/advise/ guide booklet, comfortable beds, full equipped kitchen, very calm and relax location, balcony with barbecue and nice view, close to various sites in Ucluelet with a minimum of walk
