What was good

Location/shuttle driver was very helpful with my large suitcase and heavy carry on.

What was bad

Two men at desk. No offer to help with luggage. Had to ask for directions to elevator. Ice machine out of order on my floor. Room hot, not terribly clean. Uncomfortable bed.
