OK so , I'll start by saying buyer be ware. I never put reviews up but felt compelled to do so following a four day stay in Diana's Luxury b&b.  This place is so far removed from Luxury it's on another planet . It's Beyond cluttered with every inch of floor and wall space cluttered with dollor store accessories I'm being kind using that word. NO aircon which she tries to combat closing her steel shutters all day making the interior even more creepy.  The bed and bedding were sooo cheap my back was aching each morning,  mismatched bedding that had bleach stains all over it.  The breakfast was the icing on the cake this consisted of a cold hard boiled egg, hard piece of bread a yogurt and a piece of fruit, sparce and unappetising,  and not to forget the jam, peanut butter and spread which were all large jars used over and over  again by coutless guests I mean 🤮 sorry Diana I hate to do this but my God I truly feel robbed it cost us a lot of money for our four days with you.  Please look carefully before you part with your money to stay here it's not worth it it ruined four days of my holiday and could have stayed in much better for much cheaper.

This place maybe great. The pictures look great price is good too.  But when you request a refund due to being over a hour from where you need to be.  Also the one night is only 5 months away.  So I will have to eat my mistake of 250.00, so I am just saying get a map out first before booking the bed and bre,akfast.

No refund book in April, will not need it in September!!!

Cams at entrance, shoes off, no privacy, room full of silly objects like plastic flowers, bears etc., hear snoring in next room as if guests stay in yours, Diana’s phone ringing each time you cross the entrance door! We felt uncomfortable like staying in Diana’s private boudoir.
Wonderful sensation after exciting for a normal hotel room.

Forget this place

Although the decor is a bit overwhelming, this B&B is super clean!  Diana runs a tight ship. 

If you are used to home cooked meals at B&Bs, this is not for you.  Breakfast consisted of yogurt, a hard boiled egg in shell, rolls, cold cereal or a pack of instant oatmeal and some fruit.  Real coffee drinkers should opt for espresso and avoid the brewed coffee.  

But if any food will get you started and you are looking for a clean place to lay your head that is convenient to most sights, look no further.  



Super clean!!!!

Never go there.  It is the pits. We booked the standard room for a couple of nights in a luxury Bed and Breakfast what could go wrong? Like most people I read the reviews on Booking.Com  All were glowing.  No negative comments.  Luxury is a subjective concept.  The room was so small that as soon as we were shown it, we were offered an immediate upgrade at a cost.  I am 6 foot 4 inches tall. or 1.93. The ceiling in the room was low and the room cluttered.  To get into bed I would have had to clamber over the bed to get into it as the bed was pushed against the mirrored wall.  Mirrors to give the illusion of space.  For ventilation  we could open the cell like window a fraction.  There was no fan.  Air conditioning not in the details.  Surely a luxury b an b would have air conditioning. Vancouver in the summer is warm. Small room little ventilation think about it.  At the age of 70, I didn't fancy roughing it.  No refund because Diana wouldn't be able to re let the room at such short notice.  She said I had turned down the upgrade.  I thought it should be free, she had plenty of empty rooms. She wanted to charge additional fees.
We ended up in a hotel in Downtown Vancouver for much the same money and had a suite of rooms.
What luxury accommodation has steel screens against their windows?
Further research has shown we were not alone.  On one booking agency out of 20 comments 12 rated it as terrible.  I agree.

Luxury, the owner doesn't know the meaning of the word

This is our 2nd visit to Diana's and each time she has been very friendly and helpful.  She ensures that her guests are well looked after along with making sure all their needs are met.  The first time we were here we had a room upstairs which was large and inviting.  The rooms downstairs are not as large but Still very comfortable.  The next time we are in the area we plan on staying here again.

Great b&b

Diana's Luxury Bed & Breakfast was an awesome place to stay in Vancouver. She was personable, sweet and eager to assist. The place was spotless clean and breakfast was healthy. Information regarding public transportation was readily available. Her assistance was never a question. She has multiple options for solo travelers or couples. I really enjoyed my stay there.
