This place has a great potential, quiet with huge empty spaces and ample parking lot, rooms a bit tiny and there’s no tv but clean, ( although a bit stagnant) there are some bugs but considering it s in the countryside it s impossible to get rid of all of them! What is really disappointing is the poor quality food served for breakfast,  better do nothing ! Be careful what you eat or drink here 

Country hotel 

My friend and I ended up here late 1 night after being unable to find suitable accommodation in Montreal. 

We paid a hefty sum for the stay. However, if you owned the place you would make hay while the sun was shining as well. 

The room was clean and well kept. 

The rest of the posters were accurate about the lack of TVs and an ice machine. However, depending on your needs and the situation those things may not be required. 

The real asset this place has is its people. They were all fantastic and very accommodating. Service was gladly provided in English if required. 

We were on vacation quadding the trans Quebec trail and wanted to visit Montreal for a couple of days. This place has lots of space and gladly allowed us to use their property to store our ATVs for our Montreal trip although we were not going to stay there for the duration.  Not having to deal with our trailer in Montreal did us a great service for the enjoyment of our vacation. 

I would like to recommend this place place on the strength of the friendly and accommodating staff. If you do not require a TV and just want a quick good night's sleep do not let the other posters scare you away. 



Great People and First Rate Customer Service

I went there for a family party. We paid for the spa experience in the afternoon. The installations are old, dirty and rusty, this spa really needs renovations. The water of the hot whirlpool was blurred and there were ants in the Finnish sauna. The door of the eucalyptus steam bath was held by a piece of broken concrete and duck tape. The steam bath really smelled aswell. And the dog had peed in the snow where we were walking with our flipflop. I told the manager about his poor spa installations and he didn't offer compensation. I paid 33$ + taxes for something I would never pay for.

The party and the food in the evening was good. We had access to the wifi to play music. The service for the sugar shack food was great. We could brought our own drinks with the meeting liquor licence we ordered from the government. The employees were helpful.

Don't pay for the spa experience!

I was brought here by a company who is headquartered nearby and had occasion to have a sales meeting.  The place is located away from the population, but just a bit too close to a large busy highway (if you like to sleep in, I suggest the front of the building).  Pretty relaxed and quite informal, the place may be better suited for parties and events than for lodging..  Here is a list of what is not available:
1. There is no ice machine (I got ice from the kitchen staff).
2. There is no elevator.
3. THere was no coffee in my room the second morning.
4. Although there were 2 sets of towels when I arrived, there was only one set left after cleaning. ???  One set per guest (inmate) is all you are entitled to.
5. There is television in some of the rooms.  Best to ask.
6. The rooms are adequate but a bit spartan

We were with a group, and the food was pretty good, although after one dinner the owner of the company I was there for ordered 3 extra large pizzas to finally fill the stomachs of the starving who had just eaten a sparsely served dinner.

It all seems like the guests are given the last consideration.  We went out to look at the spa, but were not allowed to stay out there to sit an visit.  Now that I think about it, there was only a couple of places to sit except the patio plastic chairs where the "fire pit" is located.  And that was about it.
I'm sure this a good place for parties and events, but overall, to call this a spa or resort is a stretch for me.

Spa? I don't think so.

The spa needs to be renovated.  It's really old.
The room was ugly and the bed wasn't comportable at all.
The all-included breakfast came from the grocery store.  However, the service was great
Regarding the "terroir"  plate, you must know that you will have to go to the restaurant after eating it.  But it's pretty good.
