Very clean room, comfortable beds, great shower. 

Very hospitable owner, excellent breakfast choices: Tea, coffee, juice, cereal, fruit and toast.

Although it is close to the Trans Canada highway, there was no traffic noise in the room.

Restaurants and gas stations nearby.

Excellent place to stay in Virden

Needing sleep on a long road trip I pulled in off the Trans Canada highway. Quiet and clean. Sure it’s a little dated but I like retro. Surprised by the quality for the price especially the hot breakfast. Refreshed so I could continue on my journey. Good value.

Cosy and Quiet

Needed a room for the night. Big motels were full, but lady was kind enough to give us a  room with two beds when we only wanted one bed. Room was clean, price was right and morning breakfast good. We were happy with our stay.

The facility is old, not clean, run down, just plain out of date.  We went inside the room they assigned us and decided to ask for a refund as we did not feel  comfortable.  The man at the desk gave us our mo eyes back.

In dire need of an update

Staying in Virden shopped online for value and location and chose this motel.Everything in the interior we rented was well worn or had a obvious repair.Most surfaces were scraped,dented or cracked with stained rugs and damaged door frames.The exterior was also in rough condition with just about every concrete surface cracked or damaged and most paint failing.Landscape and gardens maintained to an absolute minimum.Breakfast area in lobby was sparse and cereal dispenser was broken.The staff that run this place were very nice and did their best with what they work with.Amazing with what ownership can get away with.

Ant traps in bathroom  also under main entrance of room . mold on corner shelves @ shower under sheets dead bug checked mattresses around queen mattresses rim live  bed bugs . When approaching manager showed picture full refund said realize there's problem . left immediately had to drive to Brandon to find room hour drive different motel. recommendations

Run For your life ...

I think if I were to be in prison it might be just like staying here. Place is discussing. Dirty. Old. The windows are full of spider webs and 2 yr old dust and dirt. And no service whatsoever. Am now using 3 day old towels off the floor even after I requested a service today. There is internet but none of the passwords they give you get you access to it. There is ac in the room that you almost have to yell over its so loud. Thanks for the stay but just no

Just don't.

This at one time was a nice place. It is now a dump. We had to spend one night here because the rodeo in town it was the only thing left. The place is filthy and don't trust  they changed to sheets. One bed in our room had what looked like puke up the side and on the bottom sheet. Check out is at 11 and we came back to our room from breakfast at 10.30 and our door was open. Some guy learning to clean was in our room. All our stuff was still in the room. Asked wasn't check out at 11. I was mad. Don't know why they bother with cleaning staff cause they don't clean the rooms.we were scared to go to sleep the door had been kicked in so many times it wouldnt have stopped anyone from walking in.  So unless you are desperate i don't recommend this place.
