This was an excellent location, right in the heart of Whistler. Pool and hot tub area was great. We had a two bedroom suite and it was very nice, well appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay, including some luxurious terry robes.

Twin peaks resort Whistler

We were there for a golf vacation. We played 4 rounds at 4 different courses during the week.
The resort is very well situated, near everything ..grocery, restaurants..
We had a 2 bedrooms which was obviously recently renovated, very well furnished.
Coffee filters, ungrounded coffee beans with it a coffee grinder, salt, pepper…(not only little sachet)

Nice golf week

Wonderful location! Nice updated resort. Close to everything we needed.  We had a couple of issues, but the staff took care of them.  The biggest draw back was that the pool and hot tub were closed during our stay and heard its been closed for months.

Beautiful Whistler!

We had gifted this to our daughter and her family.  They have a 5 and 2 1/2 year old and were concerned about them making too much noise.  The room was very  soundproof, super spacious and clean and the kitchen stocked with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The room had just been newly renovated so felt modern and clean.  Two good sized balconies.

It is right across from the Village and a 5 - 10 minute walk from the playground and grocery store.

Only complaint which couldn't be avoided was the noise from the construction right outside the room and unfortunately the pool was closed.

Great stay for families

The Resort was nice, clean and very good condition. However the resort deck, pool and hot tub were not available for use even though The pool and hot tub were in condition to be used. Staff said remodel construction was to start soon but had not at this point.

Almost a 10

We had a fantastic stay - the resort is in a central location within easy walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. There was lots of room for our family which includes our baby. The resort supplied crib and highchair. Very clean and spacious, modern decor. We will be back!

Amazing family vacation

The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the quality of furnishings was good. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were of a good quality.
The location was ideal for walking to Whistler Village and to Lost Lake for trails.

Great location and quality of unit

We had a fantastic stay at Whistler Vacation Club at Twin Peaks. Conveniently located walking distance from the slopes and across the street from grocery shopping, the unit was well maintained, helpful staff, and clean. We plan to stay there again on a future trip.  

Conveniently located and nicely maintained

We checked in on a Sunday around 4PM and everything was normal. We all went to bed relatively early that night only to be woken at 2:30AM the following Monday morning by another group who were given the same Snowbird condo suite with a separate code. In that moment my group was barely awake and extremely confused and anxious. The other group started showing us the checkin information that matched ours except for the separate room code. Shortly after, I called the emergency number for Twin Peaks (Snowbird) to get things settled and they told me to “wait until 8AM to call the front desk” and to “padlock the doors”. Padlocking the doors would be awesome if there were padlocks in the doors but there isn’t. So we had to board up the doors with chairs to feel safe enough to sleep that night. Again, being told “there’s nothing we can do” at that moment even with the MOD on call. 

I was told by the front desk agent the next day that a manager would be in touch with me and 4 days later I finally received a call with an apology and an offer for complementary stay. The complementary stay was not going to work for our schedule so I asked for a gift card for dinner that night. We received a $100 gift card for our troubles and I was unhappy with this as an apology for wrongdoing. I spoke with the front desk clerk, Jasper, and he smirked and got defensive when I questioned the “gift from the higher ups”. All in all, customer service was a disappointment all week.

Bad Customer Service

We enjoyed a great week away in Whistler.  The accommodations were great and the location was amazing.  
We were able to get to the entire village by foot from our location and enjoyed biking thw numerous paths that Whistler provides.  The room was difficult to find as it was tucked away and limited staff were unable to assist us.  Once we found it we enjoyed the remote location and amenities. 
The pool and hot tub were great but in need of repair.  Overall it was a superb time away.
