Front desk clerk is rude, a liar, arrogant, and condescending. She will throw your belongings in the garbage bin without waiting the 3 months as per the InnkeepersAct of Ontario. 
She makes her teenage daughter live there alone because her boyfriend doesn't like the girl.

 Stay far away from here....

TERRIBLE !!!

First, the positives: (1) We survived and (2) we came in late and had to ring a bell for service - after about 5 minutes a guy showed up and he was quite helpful and kind at 1230 a.m.

Now the negatives: People are clearly staying here for long periods of time - many semi-permament residents. So loads of sketchy activity at 1230 a.m. Two rats scurried under the car we parked beside (by the outside "play area"). I scared them away before they spooked my kids. They ran off to the building right beside the stairs to the second story. After passing some drug paraphernalia in the stair well, we quickly dove into room 25 - the family suite! It was gross - the floor was sticky, the bathroom was dated and could have been cleaned better. The faucet in the bathroom was not attached properly to the counter and the back window would not close properly or lock. We slept on top of the covers with one eye opened. Thankfully the kids woke up early and we decided to foego our showers and leave after only 6 hours in this place. Very thankful we survived, but this place is sketchy and I will do my research better next time and gladly pay more to stay elsewhere. We will never be back.

Never Again

We (came for fishing trip) spent one horrible night  (April 10-11) in this  motel, listening coarse language through the walls till 4 AM(!).
There were a lot of bums living in this motel (or I'd say homeless shelter), walking around promising us to steal all from the boat we came with. 
I paid by credit card and I was promised that there would be somebody at the morning who can do the checkout and would return my  $100 deposit. 
No, nobody was here at the lobby at the promised time early morning and no money are still not returning.
It was definitely the worst accommodation in my life.

Motel became a Homeless people shelter and they stole my $100 deposit.

I stayed here for 1 night and that was all I needed. This place has drug addicts, bugs, terrible showers. I seen some guy dopping up outside. When I told the guy in the office he said he cant do anything. I spoke to them also about bugs I seen and he told me that he cant do anything till a manager comes in. The shower pressure is very low and not hot at all. The housekeeping manager is a witch! They dont have a fxxxxxx pool like it shows in the pictures! DO NOT GO HERE!

Fxxx this hotel!

My wife and I were looking for a hotel this weekend.  Most of the popular reasonably priced chains were booked this weekend so I looked for an alternative.  The iCheck/iSleep Inn was available for $80/night.  Not good value.  No breakfast or coffee/tea in the room.  The renovations they mention must have been done long ago and poorly (not by professionals).  The folio I was given at check-in listed the room rate as $75 Not $80.  Not a huge discrepancy but annoying anyway.  Won't stay here again.

Disappointing

Well what can I say about this hotel!!!! I look at the hotel online with my Fiance we went to Windsor for my Daughter's Competition and only was going to stay one night the pictures looked good and it said newly reno, well damn I think I could of  done a better reno in my sleep the walls need to be painted the paint was chipping of the ceiling, the washroom was older then my kids  and the toilet seat was crack and the Tv was out of the 80's good time the 80's but the the Tv was not the problem the room was just bad and the people upstairs walking it sounded like they would come throw the ceiling I look at my Fiance and he looked me and we both said we are not staying here. NO. no, no, no do not stay here .BTW that was  Mar 6 to 7 2018 and only so the bar in the washroom was missing. I am so to give this place a bad review bad I have to be honest.

What Reno

Was having work done on our house needed a room last minute. It's a small motel style business. Room was very clean. Tile floor. I've always been a little freaked out by hotel carpets, but tile tiled floor was a pleasant surprise. Close to shopping and many restaurants. No need to drive. Many businesses within walking distance. All in all was a great choice.

Last minute need

Have stayed here a few times. All times have been great, front desk very friendly, rooms very clean and beds were very comfy. Super convenient that there was a restaurant attached as well, will definetly be coming back!!
