I book the apartments for a group of friends who have never been in Cayman Brac, we were after adventure rock climbing and doing yoga as I run a móvil yoga business in Grand Cayman and I want to provide this experience in my Acroyoga and Rock Climbing retreat.
Rebecca de lady in charge of the condominiums is lovely and extremely helpful.
The place is fully equipped, to cook any meals, to do laundry and enjoy the ocean view 

Great place, great experience

We rented #106 10/27/17 to 11/11/17 at the Cayman Breakers on Cayman Brac.  The 2 bedroom ocean front condo was very clean and a great location in the complex.  We highly recommend #106.  Excellent wifi and satellite tv during our entire stay.  Robert & Rebecca (mgmt) were helpful and friendly.  The view of the ocean and bluffs at this condominium are spectacular.  The neighbors were fun and friendly. Hoping to make a return visit soon.

Cayman Breakers #106 Clean with awesome view of ocean & bluffs.

We rented Condo # 106 at The Breakers. aka Cayman Breakers Condominiums here on the island Cayman Brac Friday 7/14, Saturday 7/15, & Sunday 7/16. We left Saturday 7/15. Look at the "visitor" we had in the Condo.
The Condo was dirty had rats, ants, gnats, and was filthy.
Had 3 TV's and none of them worked, no closets except for a small closet in the entry. No on sight management to contact.
DO NOT STAY HERE.

Disgusting

The location is a little remote so plan on bringing some food.  We didn't have a rental care but bikes were provided and we utilized those and a taxi one night.   The view is great and the rooms are spacious and nice.   The beach is much to rocky to really walk or lay on so you will have to go elsewhere to hang in the beach.   The pool and hammocks do overlook the ocean though and are nice to relax in.  

Beautiful view and good value

Very Nice condo, unit 106 is ocean view.....what a site to wake up to! We visited the rock pools each morning, and picked up some treasures....beautiful shells and coral.... conch shells galore! The Brac is a sleepy secluded island which is good for divers and anyone seeking peace and quiet.  The shores are generally "iron entry", and sand is hard to find..The great cave is nearby and you can walk to it. Very nice bikes available to borrow. Rebecca was a pleasure to deal with. Sad to leave!
