All citizens of Chile, regardless of the duration of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days may have to pay the national sales tax (19%) when checking out. To receive tax exemption, foreign citizens must pay for their stay upon entry in foreign currency (not Chilean pesos) or with a credit card issued abroad and present a valid passport along with the migration card they received upon entry into the country. If a person subject to paying the tax and another exempt from the same share a room, the rate may be applied to the entire room.

Rates and additional fees must be paid in local currency. This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates. A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. The hotel will contact you after booking to provide bank wire instructions. How to arrive: Take exit Perales/ El Olivo in kilometer 494 (20 km. north of Los Angeles) off ruta 5. Go east towards "El Olivo" and follow the sings to the property, about 1 km. east, and take a right 1 km. south. Please note that children must be reported at the time of the booking. The property reserves the right to refuse to accommodate families who arrive with children that we have not been made aware of at the time of booking. The management reserves the right to refuse children at any time when a booking with a child will not be appropriate for the other occupants on that day. The property does not accept same day bookings. Food can be provided but a 24-hour notice is required. All children are charged USD 8 per night for children's cots/cribs. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
