I stayed a night before and a night after a trek in Torres Del Paine, and they kept my extra baggage between the two. 

Location is in the centre of town, and it's very walkable to just about everything.  They also do some food - good burgers!

They are very nice, easy going people, and the rooms are clean, with comfy beds. You can't go wrong here.

Great place to stay before or after (or both) TDP.

Fantastic place! The staff is wonderful and the food even better. It’s a very cozy welcoming place for all tourist and a few friendly dogs who always welcome a belly rub :). Our Spanish isn’t the greatest but luckily the staff all spoke great english which helped out drastically with our travels. 

This place is a must go to if traveling through Puerto Natales

Wife and I stayed here one night following our completion of the o circuit. Had the most amazing experience. All of the staff are wonderful. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtful and made with care.
We had an issue with the results from a PCR test not being delivered on time. Damaris was wonderful and couldn’t have been more helpful in our resolution. Can’t say enough. 10/10.

Wonderful

Me and my girlfriend stayed at Wild Hostel for four nights during our trip through Patagonia. The hostel is small, and so are the rooms. We chose a private room that was not much bigger than the bed itself. Yet, it was warm and cozzy. But I guess this is not really a problem, as mosts guests are only staying for a few nights before heading to Torres Del Paine. The staff was really friendly, specially Fabiana (if I recall correctly). The hostel is also really well located and close to shops and restaurants. The only downside of this placê is that the common area is also a restaurant open to public, so we never really felt comfortable hanging there (and you can not consume your own liquor at the restaurant).

Small yet cozy rooms

We were at Wild Hostel for 2 nights in February 2020, on our way to Torres del Paine. The staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English (making things easier for us). The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and running hot water and a heater. Although a bit small, it was well equipped and we didn’t feel congested. WiFi worked very well throughout the property, the breakfast (and the personal touch) was very nice. 

Great option in central Puerto Natales!

We stayed four nights over New Year in a private room with a bathroom for $340. Our room was very cosy and was one of four (I think) in the small garden of the hostel. The walls were thin as they were essentially (fancy) shed like structures. As the garden closed as ten it was no issue really.  

The bed was very comfortable and the shower good and strong. There was tea making facilities and a heater that made the room nice and warm when the nights turned cool.

The hostel offers some of the best value private rooms in town so we were OK with the fact we had nowhere to unpack our suitcases in the room as you've only got a few hooks rather than wardrobes. Also, like pretty much everyone else, we used it as a base to go hiking and explore the beautiful countryside.

The staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful. Breakfast was included and was pleasant enough with yoghurt, bread, ham, cheese and cucumber. The restaurant was also popular in the evenings but we didn't eat there. One day they made us packed lunch to take on our hike.

Parking is free and on street. Only one day did we have trouble finding a spot but that was on New Years eve when everybody came to town to party. The location is central and close to the town's supermarket and all the bars and restaurants

We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Hostel

We stayed before and after doing the W trek. The staff were excellent couldn't do enough to help us and cater for our needs. The only negative aspect was a group of females sharing a bunk room who showed no consideration for other guests banging around on the landing until very late then starting banging around at 5.30 in their walking boots. We were super 6 and left at 6.30 they were still wandering around in their walking boots

Excellent hostel

While walking around P. Natales, we stopped here because the taps caught my eye. They offered a small variety of local craft beers and we enjoyed it on their funky little front patio. Service was kind, prices were good, and their is a truly stylistic vibe to 'Wild'.
I can't say much more about it, though I was left wondering how cool the rooms must be and what their food would be like.

Curious: just stopped in for a beer

More than just a hotel. The place is warm and comfortable. It exudes a benevolent atmosphere thanks to the incredibly kind staff.
The burger and the breakfast are so delicious.

Very kind place 

This Hostel is well designed. We found the staff particularly helpful! We rented our gas burner, floor mattresses and utensils for the O-Circuit. The equipment was in good condition. The food at the hostel is also very good. The atmosphere was relaxing and the hostel is located directly in front of the biggest of Puerto Natales. The location is also very convenient, near to the main supermarket and National Park offices (CONAF, San Francisco Del Surl, and Vertice...
