The landscape is spectacular, the view of the palafitos is unbeatable, excellent care from the staff, very clean and welcoming.

We are LyS Sailing World, a tourism and sailing company, we have a partnership with this hotel and we can confidently say that it is an excellent accommodation option, both for its hospitality, beautiful landscapes and location.

Excellent service.

The cleanliness of the cabins is precarious, they don't deliver all the dishes or towels according to the number of people, there were no laundry, the letter above if we fell 2 times for bad tables, bad service.

Lack of cleanliness and maintenance of cabins.

We had to change pieces twice because they were full of spiders, spiders through the windows, on the floor, even in the bed... the only thing that saved us was the kindness of changing pieces... but that was a lack of hygiene, there were not two spiders, there were more than 5 pieces and there were no small spiders... finally, when we retired, the lady pulled us over the spiders as if it hadn't been a bad time, plus a waste of time to raid the piece and change the piece twice.

The place was incredible, we were in the cabins, the spectacular attention, very concerned about the details so that one would have fun, Miriam y ariel un siete. we had a medical problem and they were very concerned about collaborating, thank you for everything.

We first went to the hotel for 3 nights, thinking that if the hotel didn't offer the necessary, to have the ability to switch to another, which to our pleasant surprise resulted in an excellent experience, we extended our stay to 7 nights and 8 days, the breakfast was very rich, the rooms were always clean, and the attention of Miriam y don Luis is de excellence, taken care of at the end of the day how we had spent it, at the time when we were preparing dinner, really that my wife and I had a great time, the photos without honor make the window open in the morning and see the lake and volcano in total splendor, I recommend it anyway, everything is very excellent!!

We arrived and our reservation (payment) was not as we had ordered.The hotel rooms are as light as they please, have a very light structure and can be heard bathing and footsteps in other rooms.They are also not comfortable.The restaurant's attention is terrible, the attendant is very ill-tempered, not at all and treats passengers very badly.At some point I searched the cameras to see if it was a hidden camera.It is recommended to look for another alternative.
