I have read many comments in internet to find a good hotel in Chaoyang District and I have chosen this hotel in 2 days 2 nights. Room is clear . the sunshine face of reception makes us comfortable. we will stay here if we go back Beijing

reasonable and quality hotel

Stayed there because of its location. 
Right next to subway station and many small restaurants and street food. Very convenient. The breakfast stop next to the hotel is really yummy and they claim to be an authorized sanitary breakfast shop. I like their signature buns and flavored soybean milk a lot. The bakery on the other side of the hotel is also great.
The non-smoking floor is not really smell free and don't stay there when there is a heavy rain because the some rooms on the top floor might be leaking. Due to its popular location, it is always fully booked in busy season and not easy to switch rooms. 
Another thing is that the two bed rooms are all facing the street. It might bother some ones who sleep lightly.

convenient location for budget travelers

Can't remember exactly of how much time I was there. 10? 20? That's the choice if you traveling by work and you want to have a minimum interactions with personnel: check-in, check-out, goodbye. Clean rooms, whatever you need inside, free internet and no hassles at all. Was funny to see the colleague of mine staying in two stars upper place just a few blocks away have had to pay sensitive extra for the Internet. It is nothing but little details does matters. You can't expect to see the foreign band playing classic music in the entrance in the Home Inn hotel. But you also can not get less that you fairy expected to get.

The best in the block

I was working with an NGO so not too many frills and its office in Beijing recommended this as an overnight stay before we headed by train to Shijiazhuang the next day. This is one of many Home Inns in China, and I think 1 of 2 in Chaoyang District, and another 4 or 5 in Beijing itself; so don't get in a taxi and go the wrong one! It is a basic "formula" hotel but was affordable, comfortable, clean and generally recommended. If you are coming from the airport then I recommend that you get a street map of the area with the hotel marked, in Chinese, as it is not well known to the taxi drivers. In addition, get into the taxi at Beijing airport first and then show the map since the taxi drivers for some reason don't like coming out here. Don't fall for the set price thing either, (some taxis want 250Y) but on the mter it shold be less than 100Y. Not much around this area but it's OK for a night night, overnight stay. Breakafast from memory was OK and reasonable.

Reasnoable and affordable hotel

I was working with an NGO so I didn't expect too much frivolousness and the Beijing office recommended this establishment for a one-night stay before we traveled to Shijiazhuang the next day. This is one of many hostels of this type in China, and I think it's one of the two in Chaoyang district, and there may be around 4 or 5 in all of Beijing itself; so don't get your address wrong by taking your taxi! It's a  formula  basic hotel but it was affordable, comfortable, clean and usually equipped. If you get to the airport, I would recommend you to heat your car at a fixed price from the street corridors with the marked lunch card here, because in China it wasn't the right thing to do, but it's not the right thing to take your taxi.
