Don't go by the external looks which makes a great experience, it's no more than 3 star hotel. Old property is on bad shape and needs upgrade, new property is also cheaply made with leakage in bathroom. Gym is just name sake, don't even bother to go there. As for food they have a restaurant where no one can speak English. Sadly this is the best hotel in this area of town. Think it's better to stay in city and travel to this place rather than staying here.

3 star experience only 

Equivalent to 4 Star hotel in West. English speaking staff is workable. Rooms are clean, relatively quiet for China. Wifi is no great but that is NFC (normal for China). Chinese restaurant is quite good, the western restaurant is not great. The big breakfast buffet is a challenge however if you translate your choice of omelette into Chinese and present to cook it will be satisfactory. There are no decent outside restaurants within walking distance. If you are visiting for a day or two business this hotel should suffice. Tipping not expected.
