Stayed in this hotel for 3 days 2 nights for friend's weeding. Overall, we are satisfied with the room and the serviced offered. I would say it is by far the most comfortable stay in hotel established by local (not foreign hotel chain like IHG / SPG hotel). Room is spacious, with cosy bed and daily refillable fruits. One thing that we not satisfied with is the breakfast, where they only served from 7 - 9am. after that, no food is available in the hotel, not even room service. But as overall experience, we quite happy with our stay here.

Nice Hotel But Need Improvement

Although only a guest for the day, attending on business, I found the hotel to be charming. The staff were friendly and professional, the hotel clean and modern set as it is on the lakeshore.

I only experienced the lunch but that was well presented and served with a wide range of traditional Suzhou dishes, well cooked, interesting flavours, can't complain at all.

Very good hotel, great location,

We stayed here overnight to visit friends who live in the area, thats how we stumble upon this hotel.  This is a Chinese hotel with hardly any non-asian guests.

The hotel looks fairly new and very well decorated to a five star standard with spacious bedroom and bathroom, very clean, big comfortable bed and luxurious.  

There is no wifi in the hotel but you get free cable internet access and guests get free laundry (one shirt) per day which was a nice touch.

The breakfast is mainly chinese food, the staff were very helpful but speaks limited to no English.

The location wasnt great, you cant walk anywhere.  It wouldnt be our top choice of hotel for Suzhou but it is a very nice and comfortable hotel once you are there.  Inexpensive for the room you get.
