This place has the SLOWEST WiFi I have ever experienced in my life. I rely on WiFi to decide on which places to go and how to get there since I’m not a native. This WiFi is slow/basically nonexistent. Also, the breakfast buffet rice noodles gave me the worse diarrhea so avoid that.

Excellent helpful staff. Buffet breakfast is mainly Chinese but lot if varieties. Rooms are with all the modern amenities. Their evening service provides fruits and hot milk! Staff speak very little English but with Google translator able to get it done most of the things. I never felt i am staying in a hotel . Felt i am at home. I will stay again if i go to Chegndu!

Homely place to stay

The hotel has serene a tree and tea garden courtyard. One can see the hotel is different altogether. The check-in staff all have their own stands instead of the typical long counter, fresh fruits like longan and grapes are there for you to munch while they do the check-in procedure. The decorations are awesome. The staff is very thorough, even checking your passport for visas and immigration arrival stamps, and asking where you are going next. The rooms are surreal, you have to see them to know. They are big enough and really different from typical hotels. Music from an iPod speaker greet you as soon as you place your door cards in the cubby hole. The  lighting in the rooms are not daylight bright. Unfortunately the labels for the controls are all in Chinese and the sequence to switch thing on and off and even automatic drawing of the curtains are cryptic. It is always trial and error each time they are used. The breakfast room is another work of artistic design, and the food range and quality are very good. The staff are helpful and give their time to help you out. The hotel is not far from a urban rail system station, and shops are nearby.

Hotel With Atmosphere, Some Surreal

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the metro, and although not in the city centre, is a little quieter because of that.  The centre is easily reached by metro.  The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, however the touch sensitive electric controls for everything were quite tiresome - in the main because there were so many and all written in Chinese that inevitably I pressed the wrong ones every time. It also meant you could not partially open the curtains. It would also have been helpful to have had more space for clothes other than 3 hooks, we ended up living out of the suitcases

Breakfast is included and had a wide selection of hot and cold foods.  Free water and fruit is provided in the rooms.  The staff were very helpful in assisting us with any questions.  A bit strange having to pay for the entire stay on arrival - but maybe that is the Chinese way?

Nice location and friendly staff

Whilst this is not in centre of city, it is very convenient for metro and Wohuo area. Found staff very helpful. Room cleaned & tidied daily, with fruit & water complimentary & breakfast included. Have own car for airport transfer. Nearby eats.
