The apartments are hard to find as stated in another review, you have to enter through a security gate (no signs anywhere) and then there are different lifts to take you to different parts of the building. Saying that I wouldn't worry about how to find it, I would just look for somewhere else. The staff couldn't speak English, which I don't have a problem with, after all I don't speak Chinese. We communicated via an online translator from which the stated they were giving us a free upgrade to a penthouse ( I think they meant we were getting a duplex apartment, either way we were quite pleased), then we got to the room. 
The young lady that showed us to the room vanished fairly quickly and then we explored what I can only describe as an abandoned squat. 
None of the rooms appeared to have been cleaned in a long time, layers of dust and dirt on all surfaces. The shower room with a squat toilet didn't appear to have been cleaned in months.
I've added some photo's that don't quite match up to the professional photo's used but I tried my best! 
One plus was the Wifi, not the quickest but it was enough that we could book ourselves into another apartment about a 10 minute walk away. We then went to check out happy to forego the first days cost, the girl at the office gave us our money back and off we went. I would strongly advise you find somewhere else!

It was a bit of a gamble to stay here, as all the reviews were in Chinese. However, they were all ver y good. Unfortunately, our experience was less positive. The apartment was very spacious, but was lacking on cleanliness. Perhaps we were unlucky with the apartment we got, and others are better kept. In the one we had, the floors were sticky, bathrooms were old and had hairs from previous guests. Furniture was old and stained. It is quite centrally located, but very difficult to find (also for taxis), with reception being on the 4th floor of a non descript apartment building and apartments on higher floors. No English is spoken, although staff does try with translation programme on the computer. Would not advise international travellers to stay here.
