• 1.所有来（返）川人员需提供48小时内核酸检测阴性证明，配合查验健康码、通信行程卡。入川后3日内须进行2次核酸检测，其中，首次核酸检测在入川后24小时内完成，间隔24小时后，进行第2次核酸检测。 2.对7天内有A类地区旅居史的来（返）川人员，实施集中隔离直至抵川后满7天，第1、3、7天进行咽拭子核酸检测，最后1次双采双检阴性后解除隔离。解除集中隔离后，实施7天居家健康监测。 3.对7天内有B类地区旅居史的来（返）川人员，按以下方式实施分类管理： （1）对有本土疫情发生的县（市、区、旗）旅居史的来（返）川人员，实施居家隔离直至抵川后满7天，第1、3、7天进行咽拭子核酸检测，最后1次双采双检阴性后解除隔离，不具备居家隔离条件的，实施集中隔离。 （2）对有其他县（市、区、旗）旅居史的来（返）川人员，入川后实施3天2次（间隔24小时）咽拭子核酸检测，检测结果未出之前，非必要不外出、不聚集。 4.自4月15日起，我省根据风险大小，将国内有本土疫情发生的地市（包括地级市、省会城市、直辖市划分为A类地区（疫情输入我省风险高的地市）、B类地区（除A类地区外，有本土疫情发生的省外其他地市），实行分类管控。A、B类地区具体名单及相应管控措施请关注微信公众号“健康成都官微”“成都社治”“四川疾控”查看。
