Yangshuo Rosewood Hotel

Yangshuo

We had a really nice evening in the rosewood restaurant of the hotel with a delicious three course meal, some excellent cocktails and friendly staff. They also offer german and italian food in there other retaurants.

Great Restaurant

The room floors and walls are made from woods. Look so natural. The staffs are very kind and some of them can speak English, so I didn’t have to worry if I forgot some Chinese words. It is also near to the Yangshuo city, so I can just take a walk if I want to go there.

Unique Hotel

Overall:
The staffs are friendly and we enjoyed the good view from our room balcony at the 5degree Celsius cold weather during our visit. 

Pros:
1. We love the room with pinewood finishing. Though it is called Rosewood hotel, we believe the wood used in room is pinewood. Very warm and traditional chinese feel. A good view of the shops back with mountain.
2. One thing we like the restroom comes with bathtub and standing shower. It is kinda special the standing shower comes with a wood stool for you to sit and shower. 
3. Centralized location within West street. Convenient access with eateries around. Da Shi Fu, the famous restaurant chain in Yangshuo, is just right opposite.

Cons:
1. The wifi is not working very well during our visit. It was not a big concern for us as we had the dongle wifi where we can still access whatsapp n google n facebook. 
2. Cars cannot drive into West Street thus you need to drag your luggage about 5 minutes walk to the hotel. 
3. They do not provide free mineral water bottles thus you need to get yourself from nearby store.



Beautiful view from Balcony 

Rosewood sits on a busy corner in the old part of Yangshou where tourists can relax, eat or have a beer on balconies above the street and watch the thongs of people milling below! Quite an experience! The cheaper rooms are "inside" and have no windows, but are therefore very quiet. The reception is on the second floor...up a flight of stairs. No elevator. Breakfast was delightful, a good choice of set menus, but was not inclusive with my room. All staff spoke a decent English and were polite and helpful. This Hotel provided a fast WiFi and Internet connection (which was blocked almost everywhere else in China). I would stay at the Rosewood again, I loved its location!

A delightful cozy smaller Hotel in best location

The hotel located in the central of West street. it has small and nice balcony.
The neighbourhood is quite busy and loud since there are many bars and it is literally in the walking street of commercial tourist area.
However, the room is quite cosy and it provides ear plug and eyes cover to help you to sleep tight :) Which i didnt really use it, i could sleep well anyway.
One thing though, at that time when we stayed, the bathtub have some leakage it was flooding allover the floor. Since we stayed only for one night, we didn't bother to complain or whatsoever.
But considering the spacious room and its good location, i will still consider to return if the price offer is good.

Cozy and Pretty Hotel with good location

The location is very good, because it is in the center of the city. The Chinese in this city are noisy to the fullest. Fortunately at midnight dejan de chillar. Below we had an Italian restaurant, which makes some very good capuchinos. The breakfast is good. The habitats are also correct. The staff does not speak any English, almost always difficult to understand.

Let's start with the positives: the hotel rooms are very beautiful, spacious, extremely characteristic wood with a nice bathroom and plenty of warm water. Our room had a nice terrace from where to watch the walk on West Street. Each room is equipped with a safe and air conditioning. Breakfast buffet with excellent apple pie in the restaurant underneath the hotel. Negatives: the staff is absolutely incapable, not because it's Chinese, we stayed in many hostels where the staff spoke a good (or at least acceptable) English. They didn't even know how to use a credit card or how to use the safe. To understand how to make a deposit, the girl had to leave a phone and send me someone else to pass me by.

Staff doesn't speak English!

We stayed 2 days at the Rosewood Hotel. My teenage children and my husband and I both enjoyed it very much. We were in a double room with balcony. A cuckoo's room. The wedding bed is in the attic and below there is the bathroom, very complete with shower, bathtub and all the necessary details, paints, toothbrushes, albornoces, etc. Also, you get water and fruit every day. The breakfast buffet is not extensive but has the basics, even make you tortillas, and very good price, 24 yuan per person for the hotel guests. We have 2 breakfasts included in the price of the room with a very perfect bathroom that is almost a gift. Nothing has bothered us by the noise of the room at night, and we have a room that offers a fresh round-the-clock room. The main street in the hotel is located on the main street, but we have a very good price for the hotel. We have a good price for the hotel, and we want to get a nice room for the hotel.

A charm in the heart of Yangshuo.

One thing I'm not happy about is a few c's about Rosewood's car that is finally picking us up at the airport. I never asked for a pickup at RMB 280, which they didn't bother me. Only at midnight when we arrived at the expressway we asked for a pickup at midnight when we arrived, and we didn't pay more than RMB 30 because we were in the expressway. So I said to him, I'm not going to pick up the highway RMB 30 or the highway J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J. J.

Rosewood, the ghost town in Florida.

The hotel that boasts an international management actually has very few employees who speak English sufficiently. It is often difficult even to book one of the activities advertised by them in the deplants and on the site. The rooms are furnished comfortably and some are equipped with a terrace. Positive note: there is air conditioning (not unusual in China) Negative note and the reason for the review: noise. Impossible to sleep before 1 in the night (at least) due not only to the local location directly in front of the hotel, which offers live music at a deafening volume, but which closes at about 12.30am, but above all of the hotel's clientele on the ground floor of the hotel itself and which urla, plays games at Resi Rosi (ORIOSI Street), which is perhaps avoided by any hotel guest, who is disturbed by the general approach of the hotel.
