Stayed at superior twin. Given level 5. No carpet. Very dirty. Bed cushion with stains. Went to reception given level 8 queen bed with carpet for free. If top up to bigger room is 50rmb one night with 1 queen +1 single bed. The level 8 room with carpet has mouldy smell.

Book from expedia. Breakfast is for 1 pax per room. Additional breakfast 20rmb. One breakfast coupon issued to your room one day before. Additional breakfast voucher (2nd) must collect from reception on the actual day. 

All rooms water is sticky (seems contaminated). After you shower or wash hand your body and hands will feel sticky. Perhaps their water is contaminated. All fridge is only for storage not supposed to be cold, according to the skinny female staff no spects. You can put your cold things such as milk at the hotel eating place.

Deposit is 350rmb per night. Airport to hotel 35min at 54rmb. Hotel to airport 40min at 75rmb.

Sticky shower water, room mouldy, cigarette smell, wifi no signal

This hotel is in the heart of the business district of Haikou, one of many similar properties.  It is clean and the rooms adequate, hardly luxurious.  Food in the Chinese restaurant not spectacular but there was a good choice for breakfast.  A few staff spoke a little English and all were eager to help

Stayed in this hotel for 7 days. At first I booked standard room but it was facing the street, which is noisy till even after midnight. And the room had mosquitoes! So had to request to change the room.
The staff was courteous and shifted me to 7th floor, away from the noise, but I had to take Deluxe room. 

The best part of the stay was breakfast which had many options for western food too, which is a luxury in China. Overall, do take luxury or business rooms, which are only 15-20 USD more expensive but worth it. 

The location is good, walking distance to a mall where you can find KFC, McD and Pizza Hut.

Good stay

I chose this hotel off Trip Adviser when our host factory originally booked us into the Crown resport. However, I dread holiday resorts that are far out of town I wanted something that convenient For the shops and just walking around when not at work, and this proved ideal. We got room s on the 4th level, with balconeys, facing a courtyard, not much of a view but the other rooms facing the streets apparently were really noisy so this was OK. For the shops and just walking around when not at work, and this proved ideal.  Rooms are large wth TV but no English channels, not even the CCTV English news, bathroom had no tub but 2 great shower heads and lots of hot water. Staff did not generally speak English but at least 2 guys on the front desk had excellent English. There is a flat screen PC in room with a decent office area for work and report writing but forget the internet, it is slow and dreadfull. We had Wifi at work so didn抰 really bother, especially as the hotel PC was set up in Chinese and it was difficult to work out the commands. Breakfast was mix of US (but no cereals or black coffee) and Chinese, with 3 types of meals cooked to order: the typical omelettes and eggs, then noodles with egg, then something else. There were also hot dishes (about 8 or so) and a range of breads and cakes, and fresh fruit. No black coffee was solved by walking 10 mins to a local Carrefour and getting a coffee mug for a $1, and ground coffee from the large range there. Problem solved. Conclusion: I prefer to stay at this sort of hotel then in say Sheraton, there is 5x value for money and you get a sense of Chinese business hotel which is OK

It's OK, recommended - not 4* but not bad and exceleent value for money

I had stayed in this hotel in April for the first time. Impression given to me was the spacious room which is not only comfy, it is neat, tidy and come with free internet service. 
It is also near to Pearl Square, a popular shopping similar to People's Park Complex in Singfapore that is within walking distance. 
Staff here are friendly if you could converse in some mandarin. They are warm and helpful. 
Eateries is also within the hotel walking distance. Very convenient to travel by public buses to variuos popular places.
Strongly recommend to stay here again for my next visit to Hainan Island.
