Stayed here one night part of the tour.  Nothing to see in this aged building, it next to a construction site and in the middle of nowhere, no sign of restaurants. Taxi to get to town or attractions (not many). They blocked the fridge so no cold drink or mini bar, this was a bit strange for a hotel standard.

We requested for a non smoking room but it not possible since Chinese guests are puffing in their room and wherever they like. Our room filled with cigarette smells through the ventilation .  Breakfast is average, catered for the local. Don't expect  cold dairy product here, everything is room temp or hot drink. If you have an iron stomach then go for it otherwise stay away.

Some rooms in my tour group couldn't flush the toilet.

Old building in the middle of nowhere

Stayed at this hotel with family of 4. We got two rooms. Hotel is beautiful great location the rooms and Hotel are very nice and clean .Breakfast was included . Very organized. The staff was very helpful. At night we took a cab to Wanda shopping center where we found Many street vendors outside. Inside the mall There is Pizza Hut. The kids finally found something they like to eat.

Spring Break 2019

Highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms with nice waterfall showers. Had a massage which was different (no massage oils used) but still decent. Everything was very clean.

Beautiful hotel

We stayed at five different hotels on our trip to China and this hotel was “just ok”. Adverage room, adverage lobby, adverage buffet. Nothing special. Room temperature was good and the staff were friendly. Beds were hard but not terrible. The location is far from any sights so plan on a taxi ride.

Just OK

This hotel is absolutely remarkable in it's design. The lobby is incredible. It's pretty much close to everything, and cabs are plentiful. The english spoken is very good, and refreshing. Rooms are clean and well maintained. 

This was my favorite...

The room was large, modern and clean and no smell of previous smoker use. 
It was some distance from the city centre (and the towns beautiful lake). 
When we were there demolition activities were happening nearby but the Chinese construction industry is amazing, in a year or two it will probably be surrounded by other hotels, shops, parks, etc. Breakfast was buffet style so plenty to eat. Only stayed one night due to tour arrangements. A bit confusing the hotel seems to have two different names, one on each building side.

Good hotel but location a bit isolated

In the second half of October, at the invitation of our partners, we had the opportunity to have a friendly lunch in a wonderful restaurant at Marco Polo Garden Hotel 马可波罗花园酒店. We were taken to a separate VIP room on the second floor with a rich interior decoration and a huge round table. The service was decent. The dishes we ordered were quite original. We liked the tenderest soup. We also liked how we prepared a regular omelet, chopped eggs with a few crushed green eggs, where we brought out a pre-heated cast iron plate, which contained round onions, so hot.

The room is quite compact but comfortable the bathroom is complete and the shower is perfect with a good water jet! Wifi in the room The green and black is offered free of charge... Good breakfast!!!!! Very clean I recommend you!!!

It's comfortable!

The meal at the restaurant of the Marco Polo Hotel was the first contact with the city of Hangzhou.As a buffet meal, there were not many waiters but enough for the service and cleaning of tables.The quality and variety of dishes were good, without excesses.The decoration of the lobby and the restaurant are modern, very high ceilings and everything quite clean.
