Returning to Shangri-La for our year-end Harbin trip was once again a delightful experience. The service truly stood out—from Mr. Wang Jingwen’s warm welcome and thoughtful local tips at check-in, to Ms. Wang Jinxia’s attentive and knowledgeable hospitality in the restaurant. We loved the Castle Family Suite with its beautiful views of the Ice and Snow World and the Songhua River. The convenient location and Executive Lounge access made our family stay even more enjoyable. Choosing your hotel came highly recommended by a local friend, and now we understand why.
