The Peninsula Hong Kong Hotel 

We had always said that the "Grand Dame" would be our 1st choice of hotel if we every visited Hong Kong. We were not disappointed! Central Location within easy walk of the Ferry Pier, Underground Station and the main shopping areas of Kowloon We organised an airport transfer in one of their legendary Rolls Royce, which was an unforgettable experience. Our driver Connie was really knowledgeable and gave us loads of advice on things to see on our 1st trip to HK. Stepping out of the car at the entrance we felt like film stars! The hotel itself is stunning, the main lobby is breath-taking and the hotel exudes an air of class and sophistication throughout Our room was really spacious for a city centre hotel & the view of the harbour was simply jaw dropping. The room, like the rest of the hotel, was kept spotlessly clean & all fixtures & amenities were of a superior quality. Service was top notch throughout the hotel, we especially enjoyed a late breakfast in the Lobby area which was super relaxed whilst we watched the world go by. Whilst obviously this is one of the more expensive hotels in HK (especially if you do not have breakfast included in your room rate) we still found it great value as we managed to get a deal on our 3rd night. Then they very generously let us keep our room until 10pm on our last night to accommodate our late flight, which was very impressive. Overall a fantastic stay & a hotel we would not hesitate in returning to on our next trip to Hong Kong.
