The accommodation is located in Tsim Sha Tsui area. And near the subway station Can travel to travel Including convenient shopping But the room is quite small. But quite clean Service staff is ok, reasonable price, recommended for single guests

This hotel is located in the heart of tsim sha tsui which is very strategic location...MTR station just next door, many restaurants and places to eat nearby and also if you like shopping, many shopping spot nearby...but honestly the room is very small so i think this hotel only suitable for solo traveller or couples but not convenient for family with children...other than that, all great...

Great location

The hotel is nice, they are cleaning everyday. The owner is very nice, he taught us how to roam around. The place is safe.

Though the room is small, compare to other places, i guess its already reasonable for the price

Plus the fact that it is very near (literally few steps) to mrt, mcdo, kfc, drugstore and 7 11. 

If you are after cleanliness, security and proximity to food plces i guess its the plce to pick.

Nice owner

This was the worst and the smallest room I have ever stayed in.  When I booked the room, I chose the deluxe twin room, which was supposed to be 118 square feet.  However, the room I got (#2) had only one bed and the room was approximately 7 ft. by 8 12 ft.  The bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet, with no shower curtain) took up part of that space.  It was just big enough for a bed and a small walkway to the side of and along the foot of the bed.  Although it was advertised as a non-smoking hotel, the room smelled like cigarette smoke.  I told Mike that the odor was terrible, and he sprayed the room.  Unfortunately then it smelled like a combination of smoke and a chemical spray.  The wallpaper was peeling in several places, and it was not applied properly.  So overall, the room was tiny, smelly, and depressing. It was not deluxe in any way.  Substandard would be a more accurate description.  It was half the size of the room advertised, which I think is deplorable. That is false advertising!  If I had known the true size of the room, I never would have stayed there, so I think that I should get at least half of my money back.  It was in a good location, near the TST subway and the A21 airport bus, but that was the only positive thing about it.  There was no lobby, just a small room from which you could access the 5 sleeping rooms,with a dispenser for hot and cold drinking water.  Not a place to hang out if your room made you feel claustrophobic.  So to call it a "boutique" hostel is quite an overstatement.

False advertising!

Sunrise apartment

Sunrise is located literally steps away from TST MTR. Small but really clean. Easy access in and out after they gave you the passcode. Foods are everywheres, as well as shop. Explore nearby kowloon park, enjoy an oasis. Festival of light and harbor are also steps away. The best one is sky bus from airport stop directly in front of the building and you only need cross the street to find the sky bus stop.

Can't beat the location

My mother and I had visited Hong Kong in December 2018 and stayed at Mike's apartment. The apartment is centrally located in the midst of the hustle bustle of Tsim Sha Tsui and a minute's walk from the MTR station. Commuting was a breeze given the location of the apartment.

The apartment though small, was neatly arranged and had all basic amenities. Mike was very helpful in explaining the directions etc to the apartment. WiFi was good and the room offered a good view of the lane outside. Highly recommended for its location, cleanliness and practicality.

Stay at Sunrise in December 2018

This location was perfect right near all the TST action: Kowloon park, Harbour views, major shopping. Mike was very helpful in finding my way both to and from the hostel via public transit and provided a very safe environment (as I was traveling alone) with superbly clean rooms. Highly recommend to those looking to be in a central area of Hong Kong with their own space!

Great location and all private rooms

The room is small like any other budget hotel in Hong Kong, but clean. The owner is friendly. The location is great, close to Symphony of the light or ferry terminal. Close to Chungking building where you can find cheap or halal food

Small room but strategic location

Amazing location,friendly staff. especially mike was very help full.airport bus drop off point is just infront of hotel.good eateries around.dont have to wait for elevator in long ques like other hotel in that area.rooms were small so as all hotels in hongkong but clean.grt experience.
