Great hostel with a friendly staff in an excellent location. I chose a single (private) room for a walk in rate of 68 RMB . The room was clean, large enough and very cozy. The bathroom was good sized with plenty of hot water. The wifi was so-so but that seems pretty common in China. The hotel is located in a neighborhood which has  countless restaurants and small convince stores.

I would stay here again for sure.

Great hostel in an excellent location

For the price this is one of the better options in town; good location next to cafes and generally clean (apart from weird moldy shower curtain that they had tied up in a knot - just remove it if it's that gross!). It is also nice to have a balcony. Wifi sucked; just went next door to Meimei and Mekong cafes to use.

Convenient

Due to Chinese New Year Holidays the hotel was really crowded.
stayed in the dorm with one of my friends.it was overpriced (100 RMB). (All the hotels were actually overpriced due to the Chinese New Year).

Anyway, the customer service was really poor. When we checked in my friends bed had no sheets, and mine was still having the previous customer sheets. When came back later at night, they just put sheets on my friends bed (without making the bed), and no pillow.They didn't judge necessary to give me clean bedsheets, so I had to spent the night in the dirty ones of the previous customer.

The room was not clean neither with neither with ants  on the table, getting around food wastes of previous occupants.

Not enough bathroom available when the hotel is fully occupied, so had to wait more than an hour and half to take a shower, in of course a really dirty bathroom

Dirty and Really Poor Service

Except the fact that the guy at the recepetion in the morning don't like to be waken up (at 7h30) and that the rooms are a little bit aging, this place do the job and is good value for money. 

Well located 10 from bus station and helpful (day) staff. Not much to do/see in town though, but good stop over. 

Delivers what's expected

This hostel is in the middle of the life of Jinghong, at the perfect distance from every place you need to see or to pass by. The room are very comfortable and beautiful. The balcony helps you get fresh air when you need it and the staff members are always very helpful and try to assist you as much as they can.
They can give you maps for free too.

Comfortable rooms for affordable price

We stayed here for two nights and were pretty pleased. our room was on the fifth floor (no elevator), we had a small balcony facing the main street but it was high enough to not be bothered by the noise. The shower was decent with hot water all the time. Also we had AC, TV and great WiFi. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is excellent. Overall great value for120 per night.
