The room allocated to me is decorated in a mix of Chinese and western style. Room is clean though might feel a little small for 2 persons. 

Breakfast is typical Chinese style - can get quite busy with tour groups.

Overall, alright for me - room is clean, modern and fairly comfortable and attractive

Good enough hotel

This hotel is located near city centre, price is reasonable, room is clean and wider than average, there’re good amenities, breakfast was complimentary and could enjoy various foods.
Most of staff can’t speak English, but very kind and hospitable. They willingly accepted my request early check in and keeping my baggage after check out until evening.

市内中心部に位置していて、値段もお手頃、部屋もきれいで広めでした。アメニティも充実していました。私のプランだと朝食も無料で種類多く満足です。ほとんどのスタッフは英語が通じませんが一部日本語が喋れるスタッフがいます。皆親切でいろいろとこちらの意向を汲んでくれました、午前のアーリーチェックインやチェックアウト後に夜まで荷物をあずかってくれました。

Very kind staff

The layout of this hotel is crazy. On the outside it looks huge, on the inside it is a maze of twisting corridors and weirdly placed elevators. Our bed felt like it was a sheet placed over a slab of marble. My wife actually pulled it apart to look at it. It is the hardest bed I've ever slept on. We had some friends who brought an air mattress and they fared much better than we did. The water reminded me of the Coors Beer commercial, Rocky Mountain cold. Unless you ran the shower for about 15 minutes, you got no warm water. I would try to find another alternative in Dunhuang.

Hard Beds, Cold Water and Crazy Layout

I personally won't consider this as 4* hotel . The room is small and all furnitures were very very dated . Bathroom is sooo basic and not that clean . We must be the only couple staying in the hotel for that night because there was no other guest at the reception at all . For breadfirst we were the only two people in the restaurant at 8 am .There were no buffet breadfirst , we were served 2 bows of rice congee , buns , 2slices of bread , 2 eggs, 2 slices of apple and banana . Don't expect too much . However you do get free internet . 

Very dated hotel 

We stayed here for one night, A lot of back and forth with luggage 50 mt from car park to reception then back again as we were in annex 100 meters to annex and all again in the morning, a bell hop would have been nice.
Rooms were nice clean well maintained free Wifi.
Breakfast was the usual bun fight with not a lot of empathy shown to the clients.
An egg station with a 20 minute wait really means it needs a process review.

All this said it was a very good location for just wandering around the town with lots of shops close by
