The rooms just fit small double bed (!) and if you keep your lugguage beside it then there is no more space
Bathroom is a small basin and toilet wide, nothing else can get accommodated, but in the entire mansion (apartments) this is one of the cleanliest one
Another big issue is lift, the building has a very tiny lift for each block and some times you have to wait in a big queue for your turn 

If you are in transit to some other place, shall advice to skip HK halt 

Host was kind enough to let us check in at 11pm due to a late flight. Place was secure and basic necessities provided. Room was serviced everyday. Close to a lot of dining establishments and the subway. Good place to stay if you’re on a budget.

Nearby to transport

The room was very small (as expected) but clean and very handily located to the centre of Hong Kong. I didn't arrive until the middle of the night due to a late flight but the owner was obliging in getting up and letting me in (as I had prearranged to do so).
The building the guest house is located in is a bit chaotic and also has many other similar guest houses so know the floor you're on (as the two lifts only goes to alternate floors).
I don't think I'd want to stay in the room for more than a day or two as it is no overly cosy but the location is a real positive if you're wanting to make the most of exploring HK.

Well located and convenient for a short stay

The place itself is very clean and well maintained. However, the rooms are very small for 2 people. We expected to have 2 separate bedrooms since we indicated it in our bookings. However, my friend and I ended up sharing a bed. The hallways is too small for a chair. We waited for a couple of minutes sitting on the floor before they could fix our room. The flat is also located in a very busy place. The lift is the most problem of all, too small to fit alot. Too busy, you need to wait alot. Waste of time. However, for any consolation the owner was very friendly and nice, speaks and understands english very well. He even gave us directions to some place to visit and a free map.

Small rooms

If you're not bothered by the chaos of Chungking Mansions, and you just need a place to crash for the night, this is an excellent choice.  The worst part is that the elevators can be slow, and walking up 15 flights of stairs would be cumbersome.

The rooms are only about 5 square meters, including the miniscule private bathroom.  That's barely enough room to stand beside the bed.

No view, though it does have a window.

Clean, quiet, friendly, tiny.

I usually take a few days for myself early each year to unwind and rally my thoughts to deal with the year ahead.  This place is by far the most cost-effective and convenient guesthouse in Hong Kong. The important thing is the checking in is quick, no fuss and the owner is also quite friendly and helpful.  The place is just a few steps from the MTR exit.  It is in the middle of Tsim Sha Tsui where you can access the best shopping areas in Hong Kong.  

Convenient,  clean place in HK

Great location, next to all of the shopping areas, buses, ferries, subways, and downtown night life. Very small room (sleeping only), but clean. Your tolit and shower are in the same area of the room so when you shower you literally soak your sink and tolit, lol.  There is a spare bathroom so you can use the facilities outside of your room. You do get a TV, a small window, and ac so that's pretty good. There is house cleaning, but you have to ask for them to changeout your towels. I was surprised, but we where provided w/soap & a toothbrush. 

Suggestion: If you're on a tight budget than it's worth the stay for the location. Otherwise, I'd say stay in a more comfortable hotel. 

Biggest Con: the hotel is located in an area where you will be hackled and pursued by solicitors constantly. We had to find an alternative route to get to our hotel & room so we could avoid people trying to sell us fake Rolex watches, lol. 


You get what you pay for 

First of all, know what you're paying for. If you're staying in Hong Kong know that property there is super expensive and everything is crowded and small. If you need someplace comfortable and roomy with luxury facilities then this is not the place for you.

However if you are looking for something cheap, clean, and only need a place to sleep and shower then this place fits the bill nicely. For the price, you definitely get what you paid for and the staff there is super friendly and you can ask them for towels, soap, and some toiletries.

On a side note know that in Asia it is very common to see apartments, hotels, etc where the toilet has no separation from the showers. Yes, it definitely takes some getting used too but once you wrap your head around the idea that you're only really staying there for a couple of nights then just be thankful that the place is clean. If you want a nice bathroom I think you will have to look more around the luxurious side.
