It is supposed to be a 4-star hotel with an international name, but... 
- They won't take your international Visa credit card ! And you have to pay cash and at the check-in, not the check-out... I arrived at 11pm exhausted, but had to go to the nearest bank withdraw some cash, because the manager would not let me pay the next morning. The staf was completely untrained, everything took so much time, (like they had to scan my passport 4 times, on 2 different scanners) and they were unprepared to answer any request. Can you call a taxi, please ? Hesitations... Once in my room, I called for a laundry service, the answers were "I don't know, I don't understand, well I understand, but I don't know..." OK give it up... At least, they should know what kind of service they offer. 

The wifi hub of my room did not connect to the internet, I had to connect to the next rooms' hubs, which all worked well. Unlucky ? All the the electric plugs were used by the TV/wifi/lighting appliances, so... you have to unplugged one of these to be able to plug your own device. The bed was super firm (I could feel the spings). 

The hotel is located at the crossing of 2 major avenues so you will hear a continuous noise (convince yourself it is the sound of the sea, honks are the seagulls). The overall experience was very disappointing, it was way too expensive for this level of service, whereas the area is quite competitive. Avoide it, it feels like this hotel is reaching an end.

Avoid !

Functional but many things did not work as intended.  The WiFi is not stable, no hot water for shower, bed is big but not comfortable. Will not recommend a stay unless there is a shortage of hotels during CAEXPO.

Fairly run down hotel

Let's face it, this hotel is not built and run for an international traveller. It's for Chinese business - factories, companies etc., holding their sales conference. It's rated to be four star. I found it below four stars. The room was ok, with a massive double bed, which actually could easily accommodate a couple and their kid. The decor is standard and unimaginative. The furniture was chipped at places, also scratched. No refrigerator for a mini bar. Air-conditioning was adequate. The room given to me was away from the road, so was quite quiet. But the view very drab. 

The biggest drawback was the breakfast, the chafing dishes were almost empty when we reached, almost half an hour before shutdown time. 

We had to do with satchets of green tea initially. We had to ask for black tea. No sugar or creamer. No coffee. Can you believe, the housekeeping staff said, their hotel did not have the system of giving sugar. 

All in all, maybe adequate for a Chinese traveler, but definitely not for an international traveler.
