These are apartments, quite decent and not expensive. There is a shop nearby, you can buy something to eat and cook at the hotel. 2 speed lifts. Generally this is a residential house where apartments are rented out. From the minuses, not cleaned at all, towels changed once a week. Metro station is a 3-minute walk. Across the road is a stadium with restaurants and supermarkets on the ground floor. You can go to any direction by taxi, I advise you to cross the road, as parking is not allowed there. Generally, quiet and quiet. if you do not open the balcony door.

A visit to friends

For those expat or travellers who are looking for short term stay in Shanghai, Jiajia is a pretty good option. Its location is very convenient: the  subway line #1 and line #4 is just around the corner, lots of shopping and restraunts  nearby. They offer flexible term from a day to a month, which is very convienient for the business traveler like me. Do not  expect 5 star hotel service. But the room size is pretty big and they  do the cleaning every week. Overall speaking, this is a bargain place with acceptable service and room conditions

Good place for short term stay

We love Shanghai and spent most of our holidays there. The last time I

A Great Place to Stay and Value for Money

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment between 01.04 and 16.04 for about 85€/night. That was one of the worst experiences. The location of the apartment is very good. Two subway lines are within minutes. But the equipment and hygiene of the apartment are also very bad. 1. The two beds are so worn that the middle one has sunk down. After one night we have back pain. 2. The sliding doors of the two dressing rooms are broken down, we can only use half of them. 3. The sliding and missing feet, so that the shelves are not covered with wood, but there are no covers or sealing sofas.

Broken old furniture, bad hype

I booked a stay at JiaJia Sunshine 2+ months in advance.  Since we were flying all the way from Australia I wanted to make sure that everything was organised in advance.  I did lots of research and then booked on booking.com and received all the usual confirmation emails.

Then just 5 days before the booking, I received an email stating that because "one of our guests need to extend his stay" they were not going to honour the booking.  They suggested another location which had no reviews on tripadvisor and looked very unappealing in the photos.

I was left in the position of having to take time out of our holiday to try to review and select a new apartment, having never been to Shanghai before, on an iPhone and patchy hotel wifi connection... very stressful and *not* what I had in mind for our trip away!

When I emailed and explained that it wasn't really good enough and that I was not happy with the alternative offered, I received no reply.  Really shabby service when I had booked so far ahead.

I can't comment on the place itself but if this is any indication of how they treat their guests I'd advise others tread with caution.
