4 stars old hotel only 4 years
Yet half of the services no longer exist in the hotel as well as the hours of opening and closing
2% of the staff includes some English
the billing system is a complete mess
the Internet in general is unusable
the rooms are perfect but the air conditioning is non-existent
do not open your windows to ventilate your rooms, they are placed too low and the noise of the city mixed with the air conditioner you can heavily impact your sleep.
present one month for professional reasons, I would go to Holidays Inn or Crown Plaza the next time

great price but....

Hotel is an about 30 to 45 min drive from Hangzhou airport and quite easy to reach. Around the hotel is not much, only empty apartment buildings and offices. 

Rooms are average size, but if you get a corner room, which they consider to be a single room, then the room is small and only with a bathtub. (I am not sure if the other rooms have a walk in shower)

Electric plugs are next to the bed, but they turn off, when you turn off the light, only one is usable with the light off, and that is the one next to the desk and you have to unplug the minibar.

AC worked, but basically 2 settings: very cold or off.

Internet is free of charge and it is LAN based. Speed is OK, but nothing special. FaceTime, Skype and VPN are working.

TV I did not try too much, but from what I could see, there was no international TV station. 

Breakfast on the second floor was not bad, basic, but toast, some yellow sugar water, which apparently was called orange juice and coffee is available. 

Staff speaks very little English.

Dinner was quite OK on the 3rd floor was not bad. They use an iPad with pictures to show you the food. 

Hotel appears not to have any own cars, so if you need to go to the airport, you just get a taxi.

Not bad, but for sure not 5 star

It is a relatively new hotel with a very good service. The staff speaks a relatively good English and is very hardworking. The rooms are very well equipped, very clean and quiet. Some rooms are located in front of the street, but the traffic noise is not so great because the hotel is a little out of the way. The hotel is located in a new industrial area, so there are few clear conditions around the hotel, construction sites, smaller, simple residential settlements. The breakfast was very good, intercontinental and rich.

It's a bit remote, but very good.

i had work in the industrial area and for me this was the best deal.1 or2 staff understands english so its not a problem.cabs are easily available from the hotel.there is dio coffee shop adjacent to the hotel where you can order food by showing the picture of it the menu card.no indian food available.rooms have those insta noodle baskets for which they charge rs.60.housekeeping is very good.rooms are very well done
