We had a horrible experience at this hotel. I highly recommend not staying here. 

We arrived around 8:30/9:00 pm. Went straight from the airport in our rented car. On arriving, the entrance to the hotel was complete blocked by cars trying to leave the amusement park. There was nobody helping directly traffic. All lanes were trying to leave and no lanes were left for cars trying to enter. We had to drive forward and ended up in the exit. We got lucky because a car happened to exit at the time to trigger the gate to open and the lane was big enough for both cars. 

Then we got to the hotel and there's no bell service. I was informed that bell service had already ended for the day. So I went to grab a luggage cart and somebody tried to tell me I needed to pay a deposit to use it and blah blah blah, go to the front desk. Well, I don't really have time for all that with my 3 kids waiting on me, so I grab the luggage cart and unloaded my kids and my luggage. 

Next step - check. It's like this hotel never had guests with foreign passports. The check in counter seemed confused with what to do. Before she finally asked someone else who left to make copies of our passport. 

We had two rooms close to each other on the same floor. The rooms are mediocre. Very smelly. One room's AC wasn't working well and the room was very stuffy. The other room was just slightly better. 

Breakfast that was included was not good. The choices and varieties of food was not very fresh or tasteful. There was also no option for cold milk. 

We picked this hotel so that we could have easy access to the amusement park. The amusement park is in it's parking lot. I will leave a separate review about the amusement park, but in summary it is not worth visiting. Many attractions require extra money on top of the initial admission fee. There was even a very lame ride that you bike on a monorail around the center ride area that costed extra RMB. Also you cannot leave and return later, there's no hand stamp re-entry process. Which in my mind wastes the point of living in their hotel. We usually book it this way because I have a younger child that still naps. I did get 30 RMB off for the adult ticket for living in their hotel, but nothing off for my kids. 

We originally booked for two nights, but after the first disappointing and very uncomfortable night, we had to leave early. We ended up heading to Wanda in central Shenyang, which was just bliss after our ordeal at this hotel. I will definitely not return.
