GreenTree Alliance Shenzhen Shekou Sea World Taizi Road Hotel 

Stayed in this hotel for a week. Before checking in I asked to see the rooms and was pleasantly surprised that they were well maintained. Check in was effortless. Only one key per room for security reasons. Elevator access via room key only. The hotel only has three floors and a total of approximately 65 rooms. Rooms were basic but had all the amenities including free wifi. Great value for Shekou and great location opposite Shui Wan Metro station. 5 minute walk to all western restaurants and Seaworld. The breakfast included free of charge for Gold card members was a bit weird because the restaurant is located offsite in a local chinese fast food shop. Only negative I had was that the shower cubicle in the bathroom does not have a glass door, so the floor gets wet after every shower.
