Stayed 5 nights for work trip. Rooms are sizable and housekeeping does a good job keeping it clean. WiFi is fast. The rooms are a bit damp and there were spots of mold on the ceiling. Traffic noise was quite loud, and we were on the 7th floor (of 8). Breakfast is very basic. Staff is nice and front desk spoke a bit of English. Overall the decor is quite old but the location is convenient (10-min walk to Nanshan metro station, 15-minute walk to Coastal City shops and restaurants).

We returned and stayed again at this Hotel for 2 nights and everything is the same as our last visit - Room very large in size with full features & facilities; very near & within quick walking distance to Nanshan station (which is only 4 stations to the airport;  many shops and restaurants within 10 minutes walk, including a very large (full building) bookshop. Service is excellent. An alarm clock on the table would be a valuable asset. Although the Hotel may need to kickoff upgrade program, a quick solution is put on the brighter light

Room is exceptionally Large with full festivities & features.

Took some time to find the hotel from Nanshan Metro station, but once the building is spotted it was easy. Room was big and clean and relatively well maintained. Plenty of Japanese restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood. Local food can be found along the way from Nanshan Metro station. Walk a bit more in the other direction and you can reach shopping malls like Coastal City which is beside Houhai Metro station. Overall very satisfied with the condition of the room and the hotel in general. Very comfortable stay.

Good

This hotel is "next" to Holiday Inn (believe it is also managed by the same group) and located within walking distance from MTR, shops & restaurants. The room is exceptional large and all facilities are available / provided, including free WiFi. Since the hotel has been established for quite a while, it is worth considering by management to commence a refurbishment program. Pricing is very competitive & we will definitely return next time. Highly recommended

Great Location & Sizable Room

This is a typical business hotel with quite aging facilities. For the rate we are charged at RMB550 (Included breakfast), it's a bit too pricey for its condition and location.

Anyway, they are rather generous in term of the room size.

Very friendly Staff,generally average hotel

The staff were OK, but nothing special. We had a special deal for 2 quite nice rooms for a good price. One room turned out to have a very strong smell, so we changed this for a less good, but OK, room. Nothing else special about this hotel.
