This hotel is great, it’s very simple, putting a great way very clean, and Modern, it’s also in a very great area. You might need some help if you don’t speak English but they’re very accommodating and they help you by translating things on their phone. I recommend this for anybody traveling for business.

Great biz hotel inside a great mall

hiya, just got back from china and spent 3 weeks travelling to 4 citys and staying in  4 hotels. on the whole the hotels were decent enough. i have no complaints. however i do feel compelled to comment on one hotel in particular. this is the atour hotel chongqing jiefangbei raffles city riverview. let me start by saying that this was the cheapest of the four hotels but was by far the best. the room was good. large, clean and comfortable, ofcouse, this can be said for the others.
 the hotels location was super. centrally located and a minites walk from metro and the breakfast was very nice too. once again, the other hotels were not bad either. 
however, for me what set this hotel apart from the others were the staff. i am from the uk and am unable to speak the language. this did not phase the staff, indeed, they were full of enthusiasm to help, led by the lady in charge, feebie who spoke some english. they made my stay there very pleasent and rememberable. the details of my stay are too long to comment but it was a humbling experience for me so to all the staff...thank you

this hotel showed 5 star luxery hotels how its done

This is a very smart new hotel right next to the KK One mall. 

There's no check in desk. The reception area looks more like a library, with one wall covered in bookshelves, and staff sit you at a table to check you in.

Rooms are large, with a free mini bar. And comfortable bed. Just beware that there's no door on the bathroom! The breakfast buffet if moderate on size but good.

There's a metro station right outside, with Futian station just two shops away. The mall below hall plenty of restaurants and cafes.

Smart hotel in Shenzhen

Stayed in Feb 2019. Lets cover the positives. The hotel is well kept. The room is well appointed and clean. We particularly liked the tea pot and the offer of speciality tea and coffee. The hotel is situated at a big intersection but the room itself remained quiet. The negatives include people on the floor smoked with door opened when it is specifically a non-smoking floor, also there was karaoke noise that could be heard in room. But that quickly disappeared at 23:00hrs. Overall nice hotel and happy to stay again.

New comfortable hotel

Stayed second time. Decided to give a try.

Pluses:
- big rooms;
- new hotel;
- nice calm decor;
- well equipped;
- good service; 
- very good location - 700 meters from Chegongmiao station (fast metro from airport); 
- cool check-in - no check-in desk;
- comfortable beds. 

Minuses:
- breakfast a little better. But still not very good. Lets say ok. 

Improved. Good option

The hotel seems to be quite new, with good decor at the lobby as well as in the rooms. The lobby has a very relaxed atmosphere, check in was quick and felt very personal. The hotel is connected to the large KK One mall, with a bunch of very good restaurants and coffee shops. I particulary recall having great coffee at the Excelso coffee shop at the mall, a truly genuine experience for coffee lovers.

Rooms were spacious and modern. So modern that they don't have a door for the bathroom. So please be aware of this when staying with a work colleague or someone you're not very close to. Aside from the bathroom being very open, the rooms were perfect and very comfortable.

Good hotel that should have been more popular!

What a Stylish hotel in SZ! I like the wood and tea theme for the hotel which was unique in SZ. The lobby was decorated with a big book shelves. Many tea products were shown around. You may enjoy reading and drinking welcome tea there. It was really relaxing. The room size was spacious, I felt very comfortable. It was well located up on the metro and shopping mall. Price was reasonable. Self laundry service was available. I would recommend people to have a short stay.

Comfy hotel

Stayed for 2 nights during business trip to Shenzhen.

Pluses:

- very nice totally new rooms in Scandinavian style. Cosy, big, well equipped;
- very good location. 

Minuses:
- not english friendly - don’t expect anyone speaking english, all amenities are in chinese as well;
- breakfast is really so-so... don’t expect much.... and I had terrible experience - all bread was super old and with fungus... 
- rooms have tea bags and nice coffee bags.... but no cups..... just glass cups . How am I suppose to drink tea or coffee??... 
- sound isolation is not best. Specially from main door - can hear easily how neighbor doors are opened and closed.
- a little more expensive then its quality... 

In general - ok to stay if no other options (not many around). But have many things can be improved.
