I stayed in this Hotel few days. Overall, the stay was not very pleasant. First of all there is some smell all over the hotel. I believe it come from the rugs and carpets that I guess have not been washed in sometime. I changed twice the room during my stay in order to find a room with no smell. Also, the Hotel is not foreigners-friendly in the sense that it is very difficult to find someone that speaks english, including at the reception. The Gym is open only in the afternoon. I was finally let it use but I think it should be normally be made available to all clients. At breakfast, I tried unsuccessfully to get some scrambled eggs. Nobody could understand me. In conclusion, I do not think it is really a 4 star hotel in terms of service, particularly if you do not speak Chinese

Bad smell throughout the Hotel

좋은 서비스와 좋은 아침 부페 제공. 침대도 편안하고 방 정리도 잘해주어 업무 다녀왔을때 매우 편안합니다 인터넷은 좀 느리더라도 참을만 합니다 

They provide good service and good breakfast buffet. Good location for my business. The wifi is little bit slow but I could handle it. Hope they dont allow people to smoke in restaurant. Overall, I liked this place and willing to visit here again.

Love this hotel

A very nice hotel but not centrally located. Definitely ok to stay at if you are passing through the area. The room is ok and staff service-minded but maybe not so used to foreign people. They have Wi-fi but it was not very fast during may stay.

Binhai jianguo hotel, Tianjin

Wechose thise hotel because was close to the International cruise home port. The hotel was a pleasant surprise. Good facilities, room, and breakfast . We had difficult  trying to communicate with  the staff, they were very cooperative but could not speak nor  understand english. an application (translation)on my Iphone saved us. we could ask the staff for the taxi to the port. Then they arrange the taxi and fare for the ride. It was an experince!!!

Close encounter

I stayed at this hotel a week. The food was completely chinese with no veg. options on the menu. Very typical chinese place where very few people who speak English. There is a seven eleven across the road for most needs. Language was a big problem as none of the housekeeping staff spoke or understood any English. Service was good.
