3-4 stars hotel with affordable prices . Breakfast is not bad and not good, not much foods to select. Hotel is locate next to the lake , you will have a good views when you stay . Nice and clean room, size of the room is comfortable not too small . 

Good hotel

good location, nice service. 
I stayed in a non-smoking room on the non-smoking floor, as I requested. I asked an purifier as well in order to remove the smoke odor. However the odor was so strong that I had to laundry all the clean clothes in the luggage after 3 days' stay. If you don't smoke, find another hotel. 
The gym's so small, smaller than a regular hotel room. 
The hotel itself was beautiful, I was told the designer was a famous architect never designed a hotel before this one,

The service is not good.They suddenly hanged the call up when I asking for help .It is quite disappointed. I think improve the quality is necessary .當我打電話問前台有沒有轉換器的時候，他們突然掛了電話，挺愕然的，為何一間四星級酒店的服務質素竟然如此。

Disappointed about the service

This 300+ bed hotel is quite centrally located in this enormous city. I spent a couple of nights there on business and it all worked pretty well. 

Probably built in the late 80s when glass and mirror were a big thing, the bedroom was a good size, as was the bed. The bathroom was perfectly adequate, wi-fi was ok but everything was clean and worked. Had a little power boost device next to the bed to charge devices, which was useful and there were free water (bottles). AC worked fine and was easily turn on/offable.

I ate at the Swiss Coffee Cafe (?) on the ground floor, which is anything but Swiss. Both breakfast and dinner were full-on Chinese buffet jobs. Can be a little overpowering but I could usually find something to suits, but don’t expect a massive choice of western dishes. 

Felt like I was the only westerner staying at the hotel… it was definitely geared for Chinese clientele, which is fine of course. The staff were polite but communication was a challenge sometimes. And those rock-hard mattresses can take some getting used to!

Well located and functional

The hotel overall was good. The rooms were nice but there was no AC making sleep uncomfortable. They did provide a fan but it was little help. The service was spotty, some were nice some not so. Would stay there again because of location and price.
