I had pleasure to meet Mr. Deng - General Manager at lobby and chatted for few minutes. I'm very impressed with your hotel services, your employees are all well trained, welling to help and with nice smiles. Very nice hotel services

Hotel extremely good! I've been there several times, I like a lot. Free wi-fi on each room. Good restaurant. Workers are really professional. Only few people in the hotel are able to speak English. The breakfast is included on price room. The breakfast is delicious. I strongly suggest this hotel! With a taxi in 10 minutes is possible to be in the town center.

The best hotel in the city

We visited our daughter and enjoyed the lodging, food, and surroundings. The hotel is on a main road with easy bus/taxi access. Room was clean. The bathtub did have a leak, so we were happy to have a floor drain.

Great stay in a very nice hotel

hotel is modern and clean, maybe too posh - too many golden items, too many electrical items (e.g. heated toilet or electrically operated curtains and lightning which not always work..) but what makes a hotel "5-star" is not only the equipment. It is also the service which in this hotel is not a best one. Of course, in this distant region you do not have to expect that the hotel staff will be fluent in English,but even if you try to ask for some help in basic Chinese, you'd better not expect to get any. Starting from a simple request for calling a taxi or keeping your luggage in the storage room after you check out.. finishing with "forgetting" to arrange the airport pick-up. Before coming to Xining we asked our Chinese friend to call the hotel and arrange the airport pick-up service as we arrived at Xining quite late. The hotel staff confirmed and the car did not turn up, leaving us with a problem with finding a taxi. The location of the hotel is comfortable, you can easily get to the city centre, there are some good Muslim restaurants nearby. After one not very fresh breakfast we decided to eat outside and it was a good choice as the Muslim noodles is the dish you really need to give a try to.
