I rented the place to spend a few hours, before I went to the airport. When I was leaving they said that they did not receive any credit card, only money. Well, even tough booking said otherwise, they did not made any efforts, but insisted that I would have to go to an ATM 20 minutes walking, in the middle of the night to pay them.

En Bogotá is a good option for anyone traveling for tourism or business! it is close to Transmilenio which facilitates mobility. the area is not one of the most beautiful but it is fine! and really the attention of the staff is what stands out, it is like feeling at home! always grateful for the good disposition and willingness of everyone!

It's a good and economical option!

Very good care, friendly staff, attentive and serviceable, the super-cleaned place, and a good location, I recommend it and of course would return, because it is a beautiful and welcoming place, a pleasant atmosphere and above all the lovely attention that makes you feel comfortable and well attended.

I book this hotel online to only find out that their was no 24 hour reception. Mean while on there website it states they have 24 hour reception. I arrive late night the street was hidden and the hotel had their lights off. I called to dispute any charges and the hotel owner was rude and said it was his problem. He refuse to refund any bookings I made.

BEWARE WITH THIS HOTEL

I attach great importance to the functioning of the internet in hotels as it is a necessary tool to be able to work... WiFi works perfectly... as at home. By the way, the Hotel is a small hotel of a familiar type... I mean, a room without windows... with TVs and microwaves but without a desk to work on... The shower works well... It is not the cleanest hotel I have slept in but I spent 5 nights here and can sleep perfectly (the saunas are a bit short to cover the entire mattress... there is some trace of the previous host...).

WiFi is going to be like a shot.

My girlfriend booked a couple of days ago, we arrived and it's a hotel in a dangerous area especially at night, the photos didn't match, they are making arrangements so everything is messy and they were with a pica giving her a floor, I ask the manager if it would be all day and he responded rude that if he wanted me out, my girlfriend and I were amazed by the rude and violent way of talking about this gentleman, who we thought was the receptionist but when we read the booking notes (which is very late despite us) we realized that it was the administrator and/or owner.

A hotel that doesn't match the photos, and a rude and violent administrator.

I booked for two separated Double Superior rooms.

The room was supposed to have microondas and frigobar. But t hasnt. And it was very small and it doesnt look very clean.

I entered at friday night, and would stay untill Thirsday. Saturday I tried to talk to someone and nobody was there. Sunday the same thing.

Saturday and Sunday I didnt had room service. I used the same towel the 3 days.

The guy who manages the hotel arrives at 10 a.m, untill that time you cant do anything. As I had to leave early, I just talked to another guy, the same that received me Friday night. He mentioned he would resolve it. I asked for another room or a discount.

When I was doing my checkout, as I didn't received another room, I asked for the discount and the manager says that I was supposed to tell him before. 

During the day there is lot of noise. 

And we cant enter or leave the hotel without someone to open the doors for us.

Worst Hotel Ever

I was with my partner staying at the hotel Oxum bochica, online through the company Despegar.com, the room they assigned us on the top floor, where they improvised three rooms, without a name, didn't even have keys, didn't even know our hotel reservation, didn't even generate the check-in log and were amazed at the disdain of the receptionist, bad image, grossness, bad class, who doesn't have the slightest idea of paying attention to a customer profile, given that it was only two nights we made the decision to hold the bar, we rented a mirror and didn't even check us, without going into other details about the conditions of the room and how the booth looks on the day of our departure, to hold us back because we didn't know that the internet company was holding the package, and that we didn't even know that the hotel had the same physical condition, that we had to check the hotel's contents, that we had to verify that the hotel's contents, that we didn't even have a physical check-out, that we didn't even have to
