Horrible hotel. The manager charged me for transfer that was not agreed. Upon arrival they also asked for more money! No front desk. One poor cleaning lady who could not speak English was trying to help. The bedroom is filthy, I did not eventuate the shower… The place is dirty and very dangerous neighborhood. Full of beggars and homeless behind the hotel. It is a trap! Watch out or you will be ripped off!

They sell a romantic plan and it's supposed to be a suite, but they give you a simple room with a horrible decoration, the hotel management and the quality of service are terrible.

The worst romantic experience.

The worst hotel and the worst service, no hot shower, no room freezer, no restaurant service, no service at all. I do not recommend this place in the center of Bogotá, it is not possible for them to show and say what they do not have.

Hotel Sta. Mónica is the name of the hotel.

You will get what you pay for, this stay was great since the prices were amazing in comparision to so much other options around the downtown, the staff its nice to you and everything was on place, however there was not english speaking staff. I think that they could improve by managing some details related to the small things such as snacks, souvenirs or others to buy at the front desk and a little update on the bathrooms will be it. Overall, I liked my stay and everything went smoothly.

Nice & easy stay

This four-star superior hotel is a magnificent hotel that cares for and enjoys its guests.It is located on the edge of the Dunes de Maspalomas, it was built without encroaching on the surroundings in such a way that the street level coincides with the upper floor of the hotel.The rooms are spacious, the magnificent swimming pools, a good buffet with interesting and different daily cuisine proposals.The staff focuses on a very personalized and pleasantly attentive attention.It is widely used by German customers, Nordic and Spanish tourists.

This is a magnificent hotel in Las Dunas de Maspalomas.

This is a hotel that can be categorized as very comfortable, due to its location, facilities and price. Definitely recommended when visiting Bogotá, plus excellent care, which makes it very but very pleasant.The rooms are spacious, clean and well-kept.

A very good option in Bogotá

It is a very nice hotel, simple and requires WiFi. It is well located, in a relatively quiet area. The attention is good, but it can improve. The food in the restaurant is very rich and, it has a bar where it has good attention and pleasant rats.

 Good vacation option

Excellent location in a strategic location of the Colombian capital city. Magnificent attention from its employees, safe sector of the city, comfortable rooms with excellent views of the hills protecting the capital. Affordable prices at any budget. It has a restaurant with very good food and a bar to spend pleasant rats on cold nights. I recommend you not only for your services but for your excellent location.

A good option.

This hotel changed ownership.  It was closed for a couple of years and sold.  The new owner is incredibly cheap.  It is no longer well kept.  The elevator breaks daily.  There are not telephones in the room.  All the furniture is old and damaged.  I have an allergic dermatitis now from a dirty padded toilet seat cover.  There is no restaurant.  There is an old microwave that is who knows how old.  Nothing else.  The reviews you read are from an earlier time.  They will increase your rate without notice.  Untrustworthy.  There are many better hotel close by that are cheaper.  The hotel no longer looks like the pictures here.  For a mat on the bathroom floor they put a red placemat.  No kidding!

DO NOT stay here

It's a simple, comfortable hotel, it doesn't have big luxuries but the staff is always friendly. Located in a relatively quiet area, I was with my family and we all enjoyed it quite a bit. Of course we visited it a couple of years ago, hoping that the atmosphere didn't change, because we did quite well and were recommended by a local guide who would treat us as if we were his family.
